When we moved overseas a few years ago, we needed a unit to store a number of our things. We were impressed with the StorageMart concept, particularly with the wide range of different sized climate controlled units that were available, the security of the building, and the convenience to OHare airport. We also found the price to be very competitive and the people we interacted with were friendly. When we moved back to the US, we still needed a storage unit, but did not require a unit as big as the one we had. The StorageMart manager was most helpful and proactive, working with us to find a smaller unit that would be acceptable for size and price. Our belongings were dust-free and in the condition we left them.

Dont go there they keep raising your rent youre looking at a 10 by 15 for $249 after a Years renting instead of keeping you as a good customer to push you out the door or take your s*** in they always raise you during the winter so you cant move right away call it Lookout on this place four years customer and its terrible.. Youre fighting with the people cuz you park in front of your door or somebodys fighting with you because youre blocking their door always raise rent on the tents

I moved from public storage to storage mart and have been SATISFIED with storage mart for years. They offered better pricing, very clean, climate controlled, very friendly staff. Always answered all my questions. They always take the time out to help determine which storage unit would be the best fit for me. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Great facility. Clean, safe, excellent customer service. We have a son in college and we store his belongings from his dorm. This is our third summer using Storage Mart. Storage Marts price was cheaper than the other places we looked at. Referred many of the my sons college friends that needed storage over the summer. Had zero problems. Easy paperwork.

I had a problem accessing the site, but once the management became aware of it, they were very proactive in addressing my concerns. While I wasnt happy to have experienced a problem, the response of the staff really showed how much the people care about their customers and the quality of the service.
