Being in the Transportation Industry I am often on the road. Public Storage affords my business a clean and secure place to store additional equipment. I often use the most convenient way to satisfy my rental obligation via app or online. However, I recently went into the facility located in Hillside, IL and was assisted by a exceptionally pleasant employee or Manager, who’s name tag read Kendra. Kendra assisted me with my transaction and gave me much of her infectious personality along with my receipt. Now convenience can be efficient, but if you are near the Public Storage in Hillside, IL, this facility will truly take a load off your mind.

My husband and I just relocated back to Chicago and decided to use Public Storage to house our belongings. We worked with Brittany who was very professional, courteous and helpful. The grounds and facilities are well maintained and the units are very spacious and clean. Brittany was a true pleasure to work with and we feel confident and happy to store our things at this location. I highly recommend everyone to store here!

Im standing outside in the cold. Sign says 525 will be back. Its 533 now. Employee and customer are inside watching me not unlocking the door. Very rude and unprofessional. Ive been a customer over two years. Il be so happy closing my account in June. Worst service!!! And I work with the public. Oh door was finally unlocked at 536.

Have been using this facility for about a month and the gentleman, Greg has been outstanding. Solved the problem of the missing flat carts and created a new system to make the customer accountable for returning the carts so others could used them. Works great. Love doing business with him. Dont let him get away from you.

Quiana was very helpful and knowledgable of the services they provide. For it to be freezing out she kept a smile and was patient even though it was close to 6. After a very trying day she made my experience the least painful! I would definitely recommend her services to others in need of the perfect storage unit!
