If it wasnt for the customer service by Carolyn, I would have vacated my unit a while ago. First I am on the 4th floor and during the summer months when its hot, it gets very hot as if the air conditioning is not on and during the winter it gets very cold even knowing heat rises. After all that the rates keep going up every six months or a year. Public Storage does not treat their customers very well, however Carolyn at this facility really takes the time to make you feel like Public Storage is your second home. Even though she has no control over what corporate does with policies, she does an excellent job explaining it all to you, which keeps you happy enough continue renting from Public Storage. Facility is always kept up to par when she is on duty, if she is not on duty you will notice. Ive never had a problem with my access or my unit. If I ever had to leave Harwood Heights Public Storage, I would miss it.

Location, Location, Location and Service . I was in a terrible bind when I had to move out of my apartment at a moments notice. I did not have a new apartment to move into and had nowhere to put all of my stuff. I called Carolyn and Sue ( If it wasnt for them I would look somewhere else) in a panic on a Tuesday - after I explained my situation to her, she told me shed call me back ASAP. By Saturday (the day I had to move) she had set me up with the perfect storage space and EVEN worked it out with another client for me to use the moving van during his scheduled time I recommend this business to anyone who is interested in short or long-term storage

have been going to this facility for many years.initially shopping around and asking about storage space and pricing and eventually renting and maintaining space here. carolyn and sue have been more than helpful and patient in addressing my questions and concerns .from patiently addressing storage issues to progressive suggestions of public storage products that would be the best solutions to address those issues. what is also refreshing is that i have personally observed how well ,patient and professional they are with every customer. definitely a great place to begin and possibly end your search for storage solutions !

Warning: this franchisee believes a clause in its contract with you enables it to raise its rental rates whenever it wants, despite any verbal promises you receive. I believe they are leveraging the moving costs associated with changing storage lockers. If you want a guaranteed rate and for the storage locker to honor that rate, look elsewhere. At this Public Storage franchise, at least, they take advantage of you. Im currently working with Public Storage to identify a solution. I will post an update if they solve the problem.

Public Storage in Harwood Heights was awesome! I came in originally just to get a storage and it was upgraded by a boxes and tape;everything that I needed. Public Storage was essential to my moving experience. I look forward to doing business with public storage in the future; thanks to Carolyn and Sues assistance. I am greatly satisfied and this facility made my move complete!

Carolyn and Sue at 27501 are amazing! Ive had storage here for 3 years, and they have always been there for anything Ive needed. The facility is always clean, and if there are any problems, they take care of them right away. My brother has also stored items here, and never had a problem. I would not store my items anywhere else.

we were very pleased with Sue. we have had our share of problems over 10 plus years and Carol was never very nice to us all the time. public storage at the time we needed a storage unit and it was a bit pricy. we were very happy again with Sues performance.

Carolyn is wonderful! Very helpful! Storage facility is clean and well lit. Always secure. The only issue I have is public storage raised the cost of the unit by more than double at the beginning of the year.
