Just absolutely terrible !!! Came in to rent a Penske Truck that I had already paid for. I was 20 minutes late and the lady turned me away, telling me that she had re assigned my truck since I was late. I called Penske where I booked the rental and they said this is not how they do business, and fixed the situation. Would never do business with them again. The whole thing seemed shady.

The renting space is clean, but the staff is non-complacent and took an unnecessary amount of time to do simple tasks. It took close to 2 hours to rent a 5 X 5 space, which is absurd. The staff doesnt know how to use the computer system that they run the business with. Would not recommend.

Nina and everyone have been grrrrrrrrr....eat to us over the years. We moved to a larger space but have little in there as we thought we were going to move. It didnt happen yet but our new space is light and heated and our dog Zoe loves going there!

A little run down in old but they serve as a great storage option if you live downtown. The wine storage cave is pretty awesome too and very secure.
