We are paying customers at this storage. I simply asked to open the gate as I had forgotten my code. The manager then sternly told me only tenants may enter. I then tried to joke with him and lighten the mood as it was not serious. He responded very ignorantly and arrogantly so I told him to watch his attitude with me as I will not be disrespected by anyone. He then made a big dramatic scene and threatened to call the police on me. I am absolutely furious and hope whoever is in charge of him reaches out to me soon.

They have spaces with super high ceilings at low prices so you get more space for your money. The manager was also very helpful to get the right size I needed and even told me how I can get an extra discount.
