I have been working with Mary at Metro Storage Lake Bluff for the last 7 years and I have to say....I will look no where else for my storage needs. The facility is immaculate and Mary is a Manager that prides herself on special details...cleanliness, security and easing the customers stress level. Mary always accomadate our immediate needs as we sometimes need lockers on short notice. Our experience with metro storage has always been stellar...we will always refer this fine establishment!!!

If you are looking for a place to store your personal items or for your small business needs (as I do) this is a very nice facility. The staff is always very helpful and the building is well maintained and clean every time I show up. They are at the ready to assist with supplies or carts to move your items and have a wide array of storage sizes to choose from. Keep up the good work Metro team !

Mila has brought a new & wonderful energy to this storage facility. Mila always provide legendary service & is very polite & helpful with any questions that I may have concerning my storage needs. Ive been a tenant at this location for years & it is still hands-down the best storage facility Ive ever stored my belongings at. I recommend anyone with storage needs to use this facility! Gene
