This place does a lot of things right. You can drive into the building wither virtually any size vehicle and load/unload with the carts that are provided. The units are climate controlled and seem quite secure. The office staff is quite nice, and they have complimentary snacks and coffee/tea machine(also complimentary). Unfortunately I qualified for a promotion of signing up for automatic payments, and was never credited with the money. Also, they do not prorate for partial months. I moved my stuff in on the 26 of the month because of certain circumstances and moved out on the 1st, but had to pay for entire month. I will say that their prices are quite competitive and it is a great value for what you get compared to the competition.

Just a quick note to let you know how impressed I have been as a customer of Armour Self Storage. Every single staff member is helpful, cheerful and always go out of thier way to help you in any way they can and they always do it with a smile and a great attitude. Your emloyees always make me feel welcome when I stop in to say HI, like they welcoming me into their home. The building and restrooms are always clean and neat with everything where it belongs, no trash or clutter in common areas. Even the locker doors are clean and free of grime and dirt!! Great warm, friendly and safe place to store my overflow. Keep up the great work. PS I think its also a great value!

Nice facility and had no issues with anything stored there. On my first day moving in I was asked three times to write a google review. I decided it would be better to write at the end of my time with Extra Space instead of before I even moved anything in like they had hoped. My storage spot was on the 5th floor and they often had carts available to help assist any customers with heavy items, however, on move out day there were never any carts available. They said "sorry, we just have a lot of people moving out today." Nice workers and facilities, but dont understand how a storage company doesnt have enough carts to help move peoples items.

One of the cleanest and best maintained storage facilities Ive seen -- and Ive lived in a lot of places from California to New York, so Ive used a wide range of storage facilities. Its easy to get to, yet just enough out of the way to avoid any traffic or congestion. Simple entry and exit, yet very secure. The people that Ive dealt with there are always very nice and helpful. Unlike freestanding, outdoor units, these are units within a re-purposed old building that is solid, and that means added safety and protection from all the elements. Many of my neighbors use this storage facility, too, and have had the same experiences.

Very dissatisfied with the service at Armour Self Storage. Other than signing me up, they never have followed through on the service asked for (consolidating two units to one, for example) The facility is nice enough, but the staff, namely Jill, was not helpful and was actually downright rude. An undisclosed fee increase was imposed, more than doubling my monthly costs of my unit. A very bad experience and I will never return.

I have had a storage unit at this address before, when it was called Armour Storage. So when it came time to get another storage unit, i came back to the familiar grounds. Other storage facilities are offering first -month free (it is that time of year). Initially I wasnt eligible for any of the promotions but being a returning customer Zach rewarded my fidelity. Love this facility and the staff! Winter move into the storage area was a breeze as you just roll the truck into the climate controlled and super-clean building. Move-out was just as easy and they have dumpsters on-site for the things that you find you no longer need. Simple things like having a bathroom available when you have several people helping you move is amazing too. Highly recommend.

Not only is the facility itself large and well-maintained, but the staff at this location are beyond helpful with any questions or needs. From having them call me when my boxes come in, to helping me haul heavier items onto my cart when there are too many to count, theyre more than willing to help. Plus theyre super nice guys. I definitely recommend this spot for any storage needs.

THE BEST STORAGE FACILITY IN MILWAUKEE NO QUESTIONS ASKED and the best facility I have used in the 4 states I have needed to rent a unit. Accessibility is best in class, clean units with controlled temperature, and the staff is wonderful to work with. Moving is never something people love to go through but Extra space storage makes the process painless. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This is the best storage place I have ever been to. Both Zach the Store Manager and Anthony the Assistant Storage Manager went out of their way to help me with my issues and made the experience really easy. Both of them are a team and both were very friendly and courteous. This facility is well taken care of and you can tell it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Drive inside the building and unload next to elevator. No worry about unloading outside in the rain or cold. Hard to find but right at the Marquette Interchange. Take St. Paul to 13th Street south one block to Mt. Vernon then east 3 blocks. Nothing else like it in quality and drive in convenience.
