Please read this review! This is a great facitiy, clean, safe, organized, efficient, superior customer service and an excellent steward to the community. My church was in need of storage space for furniture items for a refugee family that is coming some time in the next two months. From the yellow pages I contacted Tina at Extra Space Storage and told her about our needs to store all of the donations of furniture and furnishings. Tina was very receptive to our needs and offered to speak to her district manager. She was great in following up in communication. The result was that Extra Space has not offered a discounted rate but they have DONATED free of cost to our local church a storage space to store the irems for the refugee family! I cant tell you what a blessing this is. In this day and age it is so refreshing to have a business support local worthy causes! Thay are doing their part. I would recommend that everyone do business here as they have shown that they are not just in it for the bottom line. Subsequently, I have found out that a friend of mine used the Extra Space facility in Highland Park, IL for her household belonging during her home remodel and her experience was also very positive. KUDOS to Extra Space Storage as a company and extra stars to the Lincolnshire location!

I had a space reserved with a competitior but after driving 6 hours to pick up my trailer by the time I got to the competitors facility they were closed and when I called to ask if they could make an exception they said no. So I found ExtraSpace storage and they found the nearest location for me and said they would transfer me to the office to see if the store manager would be willing to hang around and extra 45 minutes after closing to wait for me. Miguel, the store manager did and he was awesome! He didnt seem to mind waiting for me and even when I had a million questions when I got there he answered them all and even chatted with me, I felt no rush even though it was well after closing. I really was in a bind, as I would have had no where to park this 26 ft. trailer and he made the experience easy! Thank you so much Miguel you are amazing, there needs to be more understanding and generous store managers like yourself. If I could give you a 10, I most certainly would. Thanks for your help and going above and beyond!

I do NOT recommend Extra Space Storage in general, and this location in particular. Their prices grow like mushrooms and they dont care about customers at all! In two years the price for my storage almost doubled! And after 2 years when I had an issue with them (too long to write here), they could not resolve it locally, so I wrote a letter to the CEO of Extra Space Storage and nobody even bothered to reply to my mail! And their Customer Support refused to give me the CEOs address, I had to find it on the internet! That is how much they value their customers! Definitely find a different self-storage! Im looking for a new storage, but there is no way I will ever use Extra Space Storage again! Make a research on the internet and you will see how many people not happy with Extra Space Storage!

I was looking for a place to story my small sports car for the winter. I checked with a number of "specialty" car storage businesses, and then checked out Extra Space Storage. I signed up to use the Extra Space Storage facility and Im very pleased. It was LESS expensive than other options I found, and MORE convenient in that I can access my storage space whenever I need. Its clean and secure. Also, when I signed up, the people in the office were extremely knowledgeable and professional. To me, customer service is important and I appreciate that they did a good job on this front. Oh, and I can cancel the storage space at any time, so once Spring finally comes, I can end my use of the storage facility until next winter. I will likely use them again in the future.

Absolute awesome staff and facility!!!!!!! The facility is the coziest, cutest facility I have ever seen in my life. The front fascia of the building looks like a little lodge, a private getaway cabin, an adorable dream home. The interior is super organized, clean and well maintained. The units are immaculate and the exterior is beautiful. Their property manager Miguel is extremely courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly! His associate Fabiola is also amazing and personable. I highly, highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to store anything. My girl (car) is stored here in one of their beautiful, spacious 10 by 20 units. My car fits with room for me to store extra tires, boxes in front of it.

My husband and I used this facility for approximately 2 years. At first, in a very small unit for some furniture we inherited but did not have space for. Then moved into a larger unit to add some things while we waited to move into our new home. From day 1 they were just fantastic! Very friendly staff - very accomodating when we needed to move within the facility - and just as nice and friendly when we moved out of the facility recently. The price was fantastic and everything we moved out was in perfect condition - no damage, no bugs, nothing! If you are trying to decide on a storage facility and considering this one - use them! They are great!

Ive used this storage facility twice in the last few years and Ive been very satisfied both times. Most recently I rented a small storage space to hold some items on a temporary basis. The place is clean and safe and the staff is very polite and helpful. The autopay works like a charm and when I determined that I no longer needed the unit, I was able to easily give notice of cancellation over the Internet. Miguel is the manager and he is very professional, but also very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use Extra Space Storage if I need additional storage in the future.

This facility, and its people, are fantastic. Miguel is the property manager and Robin is a fellow employee. Both are courteous, professional, quick to help and knowledgeable about customer needs. The place is also very clean, and its accessibility hours are an hour longer than other places in the area. When i first rented my unit I had a small issue with the latch on my door; Robin & Miguel were quick with a temporary fix, and had a permanent one in place within 24 hours. Great service. Highly recommend.

I have been utilizing this storage facility for a number of years for business purposes. Deliveries from my employer come to this unit once or twice a month. I am at the storage unit from 3-5 times per week. The staff headed by Miguel have been always been willing to call me and alert me when I have been expecting important shipments. Besides having the friendliest staff of any storage facility I have used, it is also the cleanest.
