Was recommended to go to this place by a fellow friend of mine and was not disappointed was greeted by Mr James Robinson so warmly obviously a person who loves their job and working with customers. Not only was the process quick and sufficient James was able to answer all my questions and concerns with the unit WITH REAL LIVE and DETAILED ANSWERS NOT SOMETHING HE MEMORIZED FROM A TRAINING BOOK AND HAS PROBABLY SAID TO CUSTOMERS A HUNDRED TIMES shoutout to you James if only there were people like you everywhere

Ive dealt with a lot of awful storage places in the past (untidiness, rude employees, ridiculous fees), but I can say Im pretty impressed with this place. Have had no problems to date and cant see any problems coming up in the future. The manager, James, is pretty chill and down to Earth and wont try to rip you off. Hes a great guy and deserves a great review!

Awesome storage, nice location, reasonable prices, they also do have parking spots, and light in storage, which is really seldom occurs. About the staff: Ashley, she is such a great person, she helped us a lot, she new everything, she answered all our weird questions, very professional and sweet. We would recommend this storage to anyone.

I used this self storage facility for something that I needed for my business and the person at the front counter was very nice and providing me with a lot of information in it because I was kind of confused on some questions that she answered for me and I will highly recommend this place to anyone for storage needs

Ashley and him were great. I was looking for a parking spot but they are all filled. I was generously put on a list and am looking for word to renting a perminant spot for my bf boat. The service provided was outstand. She is very funny and cares about the people. Simply is all for the people.

Moving and I needed some boxes. Ashley has the top quality boxes. I also bought a wardrobe box and it hangs a lot of clothes. Associates were great. Store is very clean. But too bare. Needs to be more stuff . But other than that I will always come see Ashley for items

They overcharge and wont give your money back dont waste your time on going to the wheeling location they will charge you unfairly for the use of a storage unit... I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this self storage facility!

Ashley was great when I came to visit. She took her time and showed me various units that would fit my needs. The lower prices are a must but the customer service was outstanding. I was taken care of in the up most respect.

Nice people, secure place. Some of the unit doors can get Frozen shut during the winter. But they will help remove ice if you phoned ahead.
