As I sought solutions for a storage situation, I reserved a Willowbrook Public Storage unit online. Within an hour, I had a phone call to confirm and set a lease-signing appointment. Even though I had to call a few more times with questions, clarifications and rescheduling, my calls were always promptly returned and issues were continually handled with patience and professionalism. Even though she is clearly very busy in that little office, Brittany was great in steering me to the most cost effective unit for my needs, took the time to walk me through the security system and showed me to the unit. I DO suggest submitting all the paperwork and reserving a unit online...it will save you a bunch of time. All in all, this was far more affordable than any other storage in the area, and the whole experience was actually pleasant.

the manager to this place last night 1//20/17 was the worst person i ever talked to in a very, very long time, she was so unprofessional in her attitude and behavior that she should be fired, talks to people like there beneath her with forceful rudeness, street like behavior........never ever ever ever would i recommend this place because of the awful so called manager and never ever, ever, ever let this rude of a person work at any position dealing with the public in the world.....and she suppose to be a manager!!!!.....well thats what she told us....i give this place one star because it wouldnt let me post without one........

Jessica was amazing. My life has turned into a three ring circus in the last couple months. Jessica was kind and knowledgeable. She took her time to explain all my storage options. I have never stored before so I asked a ton of stupid questions. Not only did Jessica answer my questions but she also listened to me complain for about a half an hour. It was like free therapy! I feel the location is safe, well managed and extremely clean. Jessica is the locations best perk! She was amazing. Danielle

Public storage has helpful people with honesty and integrity. I lost my wallet: drivers licence, credit cards, debit cards, dot medical card, membership cards, and cash. it would have taken for ever to replace, I called public storage and Brittany went above and beyond to help me out not only did she find my wallet (with everything still in it) in there large facility, it was outside and raining that day so she did her best to dry my wallet off. Thank you Brittany!

First time storage unit renter, pricing is reasonable, facility is in good repair and secure and monitored by CCTV. Geneva, a member of the staff at this location is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the renting process and explained all the details perfectly and did not try to up sell a larger unit, she Is also friendly and caring and made the renting process a breeze. Great experience, highly recommending this location for any storage needs.

My best experience so far is with Tim @ the Willowbrook location, he is very thorough and has given many calls to check on my progress with Customer Support inquires. Also, he wanted to check on my current and future rental needs. I believe he is a great asset to Public Storage with his great personality and efficiency to handle rental inquires and or issues...p I would give him 10 stars! Thanks for added him to your team!

Brittany was super! As a returning customer from my first experience last year, I was cheerfully greeted by Brittany and we promptly visited the site, which was clean and available. Despite having some ink/toner issues, she quickly had the paperwork completed, faxed over and ready for me to sign. No errors - - no questions -- all good. Keep up the great customer service and Ill keep coming back!

yes, with my upcoming move i was looking into a storage unit and went to this location. i was greeted by an employee named geneva and had one of the best customer service experiences ive ever encountered. she was polite and answered all my questions promptly and respectfully. this is definitely a place i look forward to doing business with when they have employees like Geneva.

We had a great experience at Public Storage in Willowbrook. Getting a storage space is not something you do all the time, so service and support are important when looking for a facility. The process of finding the right kind of space for our needs at Public was easy and the price was right. We had great service from Jessica the property manager there.

I went into the Public Storage in Willowbrook to buy some boxes and to talk about possibly renting a storage unit. I walked in and was greeted by Brittany. She was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Her customer service skills are by far some of the best I have ever encountered. She was very kind and she had a great attitude.

I thought the unit I got was in good condition, and my personal belongings were never any issues with my property getting damaged from the weather. Geneva, Public storage staff member was professional, friendly and answered all my questions. Took care of me from start to finish. I would use them again in the future.
