Rich Osborne went above and beyond. Great customer service and kind. I was in a stressful state with moving... And then upon leaving, my car wouldnt start. So he even gave my battery a jump... When I offered him $20 he wouldnt take it saying that is how CubeSmart wants us to treat our customers!!! Way to go CubeSmart!.. having such a wonderful employee. **** 4 Months Later**** as were getting ready to move out in early November, I wanted still to add - Very happy with this CubeSmart. Rich has continued to be great to deal with and his employee Susie also went above and beyond to help me when I had trouble finding a mover. She is a real gem. Moving can be extremely stressful, so its very helpful to have kind, encouraging people to deal with. Continued kudos to CubeSmart! Thank you Kathy Van Vossen

This facility is something that Ive never saw, very impressed, very clean. After I got through packing I needed another storage and I started to go to another her facility but I decided to come back and get a second storage from cube smart. Which, I think I made a very comfortable decision. Definitely gets the wow factor, the staff is very professional.....again, WOW!

The staff was courteous and efficient. His explanation of the terms and pricing weas ipfront and clear. The facility is clean and the doors to my unit worked smoothly. The keypad was a little different from another unit i tried but worked once i tried it and he cam out to help before i culd ask. It fits my nds and i would se this place again. Great service

Rich was and always continues to be fantastic. He has helped me with all my storage needs and I honestly would not go anywhere else for my storage needs. The prices are reasonable, the facility is extremely clean, and is a very secure location. If I could give Rich and this location a higher rating than 5 I would!

I stopped into this shop to pick up some boxes for a big move and I couldnt be more impressed. The store was great and Rich was beyond helpful and explained all the different units to me. Plus he had me laughing the whole time. When storage is needed in the future, I will be taking my business here.
