Weve been using this storage unit for about 4 years now. The cost has gone up $58.00 since the beginning. I think thats a bit much. Each time we go to pay our rent there, it seems they are "out to lunch". There is no set time. Anywhere from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. seems far game for the storage to be closed. Not very convenient when we are out doing errands and need to stop in and pay for the month. A set time for lunch break that is posted would make it so much more convenient for everyone. Especially in todays high gas prices. I also dont like winter there, because although they do plow, they only go down the middle of the road. All the snow in front of each unit is piled up high...and this winter especially, it was impossible to get into our unit. My husband had open heart surgery, and I am disabled, so shoveling was out of the question. With the amount of money they charge, the least they can do is keep the units snow free for customers.

I dont usually do reviews but I am making an exception in this case. I called up Public Storage looking for some extra storage space for my business. I spoke with a young lady named Tonya, not only was she professional but she was knowledgeable. Having an extensive sales background myself I can appreciate when a representative from any company takes the time to not only learn the product but takes the time to learn the market and approach to fully service the companies clientele. I am completely satisfied with my customer service experience and will continue using Public Storage in the future.

I stopped in today to try and find out what size unit Ill need for cleaning out my mother house prior to selling it. Tonya was extremely helpful in helping me decide. She questioned me about all the little things I hadnt taken into consideration when trying to figure it out on my own. We went for a tour of the facility to actually look inside the units available so I could visualize all the room the furniture and boxes would need. I definitely will be renting a unit through this location specifically because of the exceptional customer service I received from Tonya.

Ive been to the office about four times because of the debit cards being hacked and the girls have been very helpful because of the amount of paper work they have to do .I was there today and Katie helped me get everything settled.I feel that they go out of their way to help everyone and make sure that you are satisfied that you know whats going on. I have been called a few times that my lock was not secure ,so I feel safe in the respect that they are looking out for you. Thank you Robert Clark

Today my wife and I met Katie at this Orland Park facility. The office was immaculate and even smelled clean! She showed us a unit and pointed out that it might need maintenance and suggested that we not take it. We are very pleased with our decision to use this Public Storage facility and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for clean affordable storage. I was visiting my storage unit on Sunday when I met Katie. She was very polite, and was asking if I had any problems with my unit, if everything was ok. I told her I was very happy, and the only problem I had was that Public Storage should sell rust-free locks. Katie pulled out a can of silicone, and sprayed my lock and hasp. Both worked fine with out any pull after that. Its nice to know that there are people there to help during buisness hours. Thanks Katie, your awesome..

I have been a long time customer at this facility. Just got a $50 per month rate increase and was not happy. I went to the facility to try and find a cheaper unit to rent. Happily Nicole was on duty and arranged for a 10x10 unit to fit my needs. She understood my situation and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Lanier the customer service lady has always called me to remind me of payments and goes out of her way to have helped me when I had troubles his pl times on suggestions on what to do. At this facility I met with Katie. Im a first time customer of Public Storage and she made the process very easy. She was very efficient in handling the paper work, explaining what I needed to know about the lease agreement and the storage unit I was interested in. Katies attitude and demeanor was quite pleasant and I was a well treated customer. I would definitely recommend this location for your storage needs.

Worked with Tonya on several occasions throughout my rental tenure. She assisted my mom who had relocated from Florida with the entire rental process. She was always courteous, professional, organized, knowledgeable and very thorough. The office was clean as was the grounds. My experience as a 1st-time customer was quite good. Everything was as expected and advertised, the lease process was quick and best of all, the service and personalities of the staff were enjoyable; especially Katie - quite pleasant. Things seem secure and clean. I would have given 5 stars if they offered mailed invoices and if I hadnt twice found a door propped open to our inside storage building.

Lainee was awesome! She explained everything well and helped us find the right sized unit for our stuff. We only needed the unit for a month while we were in the transition of moving to a new home and she didnt push us to try to sign up for more than we needed. The property was very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this location if youre looking for a great storage space.
