Service was terrible. When transferring a space the guy said he needed a manager. When actually he had both parties to sign in front of him. When asked why there was no bathroom to use, employee said they were being worked on. Asked how long, he had no answer, when Chris the manager showed up asked him the same question and he said one should have been open. So for days when the office was closed no bathroom was available due to employee not checking or wanting to do his job. Also no toilet paper, nor soap one time needed. The place is very dirty, no bugs thank God. Would not refer this place to anyone, wish I could post no stars. There was an other manger that came in with dark hair, skinny he was very efficient and helpful, thank god someone new what was going on. Too bad he works with idiots.

Chris, the only employee Ive ever seen here, is perfect at his job. No nonsense, ass kicking, efficient, and follows corporate rules to a T. If there isnt a rule for it, you cant do it. End of story. Now in most industries Id be "meh" about that kind of attitude, but here I am storing some decently sentimental stuff. I dont want people messing around back there. He has a real smile, laughed a bit, did not deviate or try to trick me into anything. That shouldnt be rare, but in todays day and age it is. So raise a glass to Chris, who is exactly the type of employee that is needed at Public Storage.

I have been using this public storage location for about six months now and every time I need to stop in Chris is in the office ready to help me with any questions or concerns I may have. He always makes sure Im able to get a cart when I need one and helped me set up my autopay on my unit to make sure that I never miss a payment or get charged a late fee. He is the reason I have been bringing my business to public storage as long as I have and will continue to do so.

In three years the monthly rate went from $62 to $78, which is a ridiculous 25% increase. If the rate had not increased, I would not have moved out. When I moved out, Chris was very knowlegeable and friendly. I recommend Chris for a raise and promotion. Moreover, if I was hiring, I would hire Chris. One star rating for the rent increase. Five star rating for Chris. Taking the average results in the final three star rating.

Ive been coming to this location for a while and Ive just had the opportunity to give a review. There is a young lady that works there name Sakiya that is always very helpful. She is very professional and I give her 5 stars for her stellar professionalism and the patience to listen to me ramble about my ruff week!!

They are closed more than open during business hours. Every time we come here the manager is out. Arrived an hour after they opened & doors are locked w/ sign manager will return in 2 hrs.
