You Have a friend waiting for you at Life storage and her name is Ginger. We sold our house and I moved all our contents into 2 large units here. Gingers positive attitude helped me through the stresses of moving. Her continuous positive attitude is uplifting. After touring several storage places you can tell Ginger isnt just going through the motions. She knows her facility and helps you select the right sized units and manage any changes or bumps along the way. I imagine the storage business can have quiet lonely times and busy times. Either way you find her she has great energy. Ive walked in there and shes been 4 people deep but shes professional and efficiently gets the job done. As far as the facility its conveniently located. Well lit and the temperature control was even. Upon removing our items there was very little dust on them and no smell or bugs. Highly recommend. Would use this facility again. Phil

Stop! Dont look anywhere else. Youve found the perfect place to rent a storage unit. After comparing several storage units in the area my spouse and I decided to go look at this facility. We were thoroughly impressed. This facility is very new, super clean, and fairly priced. All units are climate controlled. There is a drive up loading area with the elevator right there. Super convenient! Also they have plenty of carts to use which makes moving much easier. Ginger and Luke are very professional and friendly. They found us a unit close to the elevator and made the renting process painless. We are very pleased with Life Storage. I cant say enough good things about this place. Its safe, clean, under surveillance, etc. Overall an exceptional facility!

You only have one chance to make a first impression and Ginger set the bar high! She was exceptionally helpful when it came to selecting our unit and the rental process was simple and took no time. We came from public storage and at LifeStorage we got a bigger unit for less $, not to mention how clean and secure it is. I compared prices with several other storage companies in the area and LifeStorage had the best prices by far. The Naperville location is super clean, especially the restrooms which also have locking doors. There are cameras everywhere and TVs throughout, so not only do I feel that my property is secure but I feel safe being there. LifeStorage Naperville gets 5 stars and an A+.

From my 1st visit inquiring about the storage space up until almost a year and 1/2 later. Naperville Location is Clean and Airy. The process of moving items in/out is never cumbersome. The Process has been smooth & painless - Solely due to Ginger. Ginger is patient, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. She is always willing to go beyond and above (in my opinion ) of what is expected of her role. Shes upbeat and always positive. She makes me feel as though my items are secure (weird right? but true) When my payments are late - her follow-up phone calls are breezy not harsh.

I saw these reviews before making a reservation for a storage unit at LifeStorage. So I figured if they were half as good as the reviews, they were pretty good. However, I MUST say ALL of these reviews are 100% accurate! The floors are tiled - not cement like most stoarge places. We even witnessed the floors being scrubbed - with those big machines like they use in retail stores. Very well organized. Luke checked us in - even though we arrived at 2 PM during his lunch time. Awesome place!!

My driveway is too short and my garage too small, so I have been using Life Storage to store my beloved VW and have been extremely happy with the experience. Ginger is AMAZING - so friendly and helpful and is always a pleasure to work with. The facility is safe and secure and my only complaint is that the cute green color scheme has been replaced with yellow and blue. But I will be colorblind and always work with Life Storage for my storage needs and would recommend this location to anyone!

Move-in was very painless and efficient. After making the reservation online, I showed up and the entire appointment took about 10 minutes. They showed me the facility (which is super clean and modern), explained all the rules, and gave me all the information I needed. The facility feels very safe and I have no problem leaving my possessions in their care. I would highly recommend this facility looking for a storage unit in the Naperville or surrounding area!

Ginger is absolutely an asset to Life Storage! Cheerful, efficient, and extremely pleasant, she always goes the extra mile. Every time that I come in to the building, Im greeted promptly and professionally. Too bad you cant clone her! The building is always clean and well kept. Ive never had any problems or issues with my space, parking or taking care of my account. I will continue to use this facility and Ginger is a HUGE part of the reason for that!

Life Storage is the best place around for your storage needs. If you want a clean, well lite ans secured facility then this is the place to be. I left a storage place in downtown Wheaton, it was dark, musty smell, and security was lacking. The managers, Ginger and Luke at Life Source are the greatest they work with you and make sure your renting the correct unit. Do yourself a favor and make your life easier use Life Source for all your storage needs.

What made the difference of our experience was Ginger, the Manager. Ginger went out of her way to assist us with our ever-changing needs of temporary storage. She escorted me around the facility and even let me see units above my price range.She informed me of all the perks of LifeStorage and the establishment was so clean I could have eaten off the floor. Excellent experience all around. Facility is the cleanest facility I have used in the area. Well lit and cameras everywhere for safety. Easily accessible and plenty of dollys with an elevator and a huge freight elevator. Drive in and walk in from car if you only have a few items to move in/out. Staff is incredibly helpful. Help us find the appropriate storage unit for less than the one we wanted which was smaller. Highly recommend.
