This does not deserve a star. I gave proper notice over two weeks that I would vacate my unit. I received the two attached notices that my account is 0 days past due which was today 5/8/17. I had to pay outstanding balance 3 weeks ago because my payment did not go through and before I could get into my unit that amount had to be paid as they cut my lock off and would not let me take possession until the balance was paid. Today they are saying I owe monies on this. I do not trust these people. I took pictures of the condition at move out and am posting them because I dont trust they will say it was in good condition and did not give me a receipt for my move out. I am posting this for verification.

We have just started using U-Stor-It Self Storage over the past 3 months. It was recommended to us by a friend and thus far we have been very please with it. Upon our first meeting with them they showed us a variety of possible units that might work for us. They helped us find 2 units close to each other, however, while delivering our items the next day, we found we only needed one unit. The personnel were very understanding of this so we only kept one of the units. We have been very please. The personnel have been and the property has been well maintained.

We recently moved across the country from Florida to Illinois. We were unsure how long the move itself would take, but everyone at U-Stor-It was accomodating and helpful. They assisted us in securing the right sized unit and there were no problems when we arrived a day early. The office staff has been very helpful with all of our questions. The online bill pay makes life simple. We are comfortable leaving our belongings there with the security that is in place. The climate controlled facility was also a huge draw.

I needed storage very quickly and ustorit was the most convenient in Wheaton! I got a space within budget and even got the first month free - - what a steal! The manager knew exactly what size I would need. I’d say we were in an out of the office in 10 minutes. The paperwork was quick and so was the moving with the freight elevator and moving carts. They even brought us some water bottles to our unit! Such nice people. I made a great choice and you could too!

Excellent experience here! Having never used self storage before, I didnt know really what to expect. The person that helped me out really knew her stuff! The paperwork was super quick and the price was cheap. Not to mention that I was able to get the first month free. I thought moving in would take forever, but within a few elevator trips and with the help of the awesome carts they provided my move in was no more than 30 minutes!

Rented a space from U-Stor-It three months ago. I was very pleased to find them after shopping at a nearby storage facility. That place would have charged me $100 for the same size unit by tacking on charges for electricity and other things. The U-Stor-It associate was easy to work, gave us a tour, and all the information we needed to process our payments.

Love using this storage facility. It looks great and was really close to Wheaton college. Everyone was really nice when I came in. They really helped me figure out what size I would need when I moved out of my dorm. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage here in Wheaton.

Ive stored here the last two summers. Its right next to wheaton, which is super convenient. The price is great and it is much cleaner than any of the other storage places ive been to. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs some more space.

I have no complaints. I have always been able to find a cart to hold my boxes. The building is well lit. I have felt safe whenever I have been there even later at night. The office personnel are wonderful and have always been very pleasant and helpful.

Great location! Ashtar showed me a 5x10 which I needed that day and I was very pleased. Facility was clean and she also showed me the loading bay which was convenient to park my truck to unload my stuff.
