If you are black avoid this business. My company rents a unit here. I was waiting for the rest of my crew in the parking lot when I was approached by Nick. Who was trying to find out why I was sitting there. He asked me what I was, what was I doing who I was waiting for. When he didnt like my answer he then asked if I was related to "Troy" because we look so much alike. Im sure his face is just as black as mine but the answer is no. If me being on the property of a storage unit that I rent causes alarm because Im black and they dont need my money. He was bothered enough by my presence that he would walk up to interrogate me. Nick is a joke and needs some EEO law training.

I had a previous review discussing just how furious I was with this particular storage facility and the poor management. However, since Infinite Self Storage has gotten new management He has gone above and beyond to ensure my happiness. He explained the increase and even offered me a smaller unit for less money. The new manager Nick is dedicated to quality customer service, I would recommend this facility to any of my friends and family. Thank you Nick for personally ensuring the safety of my belongings.

Checked this place out along with 3 others within the local area. Infinite Storage by far had the best overall package for long-term storage. Also they were the only place that did Not charge an extra fee for 24-hour access, which is a must have in my line of business. Nick the GM was outstanding and deserves all the credit for getting me to sign same-day. He created an excellent package deal for my companys storage needs, and I look forward to a long lasting relationship.

Ive had many storage units for many years - Infinite Storage is unquestionably the best in every catagory thats important to those of us who need a storage unit - of course - a great manager is a big part of the package and "Nick" (the Manager) is WONDERFUL to work with. Auto-pay online, 24/7 access and a kiosk that allows you to start rental of a new unit in just a few minutes, any time. Its a pleasure writing a positive review for a great company.

Extremely professional. Great customer service. This has been a wonderful experience for us. The climate control unit was excellent. Set back off the street, so I felt safe even going at midnight by myself. I would definitely, highly recommend Infinite Storage for your storage needs.

Do not store your belongings here these clowns lured me in with resonable rates and then a few months later sent me a notice that my rate was going way up in 3 weeks! This place is a scam read the fine print before you waste your time moving into a storage facility!
