I have been renting at this location for 10 years...long before it was purchased by Public Storage. Since Public Storage has been managing it, Charity has been the best onsite manager during that time! I have 2 units in the building. One for work storage and one for personal storage. I can always count on Charity to call me when I have a delivery waiting for me or some other need. It makes a difference to know there is someone there looking out for me who I can trust! Update 9/28/14....I recently have also had the pleasure to get to know Esther. Esther has also been a delight to work with, has kindly brought my work packages directly to my storage unit, and even offered to help me carry in some large boxes when all of the carts where being used! Its been wonderful to know I can count on both of these ladies to provide excellent customer service!

This is Cheyennes Grandmother reviewing our experience at the Buffalo Grove facility. We have been very happy with our rental there and for all Charitys help...shes a wonderful woman!! Today when I paid our bill for next month, I met Alma for the first time. She was very helpful and friendly. Both women are very kind and pleasant. There have been others there too to accept my payments and they have all been very nice. Weve rented there for the second time for a year now!! Weve been very happy with this facility and its close to our home so it is very handy and easy to get to. Thank you again for your great facility and people!!! Barb

I was both surprised and very satisfied with my recent experience with Public Storage and in particular with Tyler, manager at the Deerfield location who did not have the space to fulfill my needs and referred me to the Buffalo Grove location where manager Charity was incredibly helpful, in providing exactly what I needed, AT A VERY REASONABLE COST, in a convenient location in the facility. She was responsive to all of my inquiries and concerns, and the signup process and walk-through took no more than 30 minutes. I look forward to a long mutually agreeable association with Public Storage and CHARITY.

You know what, I have been worried about my move into this city because where Im from ppl dont really treat u with a bit of kindness HOWEVER.....I came to this location a bit uptight which I guess you can day the rep there name Alisha noticed but she broke a lot down for me to ease my mind. Alisha is a great rep because she went far and beyond to not just break down the storage information to me but she pointed out a few things I can and should try in the city. Its great to be able to go somewhere and know that even a stranger is willing to help and assure all will be fine.....Thanks Alisha

I have always had a pleasant experience at this location I have visited on several occasions I CHOSE TO PURCHASE A COUPLE OF TV MOVING BOXES FROM THIS LOCATION BECAUSE CHARITY WAS ABLE TO EXPLAIN THE VALUE AND THE BENEFIT OF BUYING FROM HER OVER OTHERS , WHEN I WENT IN TO THE STORE. the store area WAS cleans and well stocked and the property manager Charity Stewart has always been friendly and knowledgeable about what she had to offer if my plans were to change and I decided to relocate to the area I would definitely choose this location for my storage needs .

In my search for a storage unit, this location is outstanding. Charity, onsite manager offers superb customer service that is personalized. She took the time to explain the security lock protocol for Public Storage. I have rented with Public Storage for several years, at other locations. Charitys customer service both on the phone and in person is the best I have experienced. She took the time to locate other locations with vacancies for me, and contacted them on the spot. I highly recommend this location.

Charity is the best manager ever in the history of Public Storage management. The place is spotless. Very rare do you ever see anything on the floors, it never smells, and she always has her happy face on doing what it takes to make YOU happy. And thats what its all about. customer service 5-star all the way. All that and Im sure she is under paid for what she does. Hard to get a spot here because of that but if u can its the best $$ spent.

WOW .... Wish I knew about this place before. Called and spoke to Charity and went in and worked with Daivaun.... They are amazingly friendly, happy people and really seem to want to help you. They had an outside parking spot for me and made signup, and all paperwork a snap! I know that if I ever need indoor storage or boxes or whatever, this is my first stop.

I have a unit at this location and another storage company and was planning on vacating this location but in the end I decided to stay here since my unit is clean, property is always clean and Charity is always friendly and eager to help with any questions I have. My other storage company can not compare to the customer service I receive at public storage

My mother has a storage unit here and I am always the one making payments and going thru her items. Whenever I come here Charity is always friendly and asking how the unit is working out and even asks me how my mother is. You cant get no better customer service than that. Charity takes the time to care about her customers. Wonderful experience.
