This is one of the worst storage facilities you will find. When I moved in in April, 2017, the first three days my door would not open properly and in the midst of moving a lot of heavy boxes I had to continually struggle getting the door open and closed. Finally, three days later they fixed it. Then on three separate occasions after it rained, there was an area inside my shed that had a lot of water. I had to redo a couple of boxes that were very wet on the bottom. So that is now four separate times that this facility was at fault and caused me a lot of inconvenience and frustration. Later, because of car trouble, my money was tight and I happened to be a week late on my payment. I asked the manager, Jim, if he could waive the late fee due to all the trouble their facility caused me. He would not budge an inch, so I had to pay a $29 late fee( which is way to high in the first place. I know other storage places that only charge a $15 late fee). I wasnt asking for a free month rent due to these difficulties, which even then, would have been legitimate. I just wanted the late fee waived. Simply Self Storage caused me a lot of frustration and then refused to take responsibility for their incompetence. They absolutely do not give a damn about their customers in any way.

These 5 stars are for Latrice the manager that the customers grew to like always cheerful she keeps the place looking good and smelling great always up on her feet to meet the customers needs my friend rent with you guys the day i came to look at a space she helped me out to the best of my needs i was not ready yet just was looking i just found the storage busniess card she gave to me it had her info on there for me to give her a review glad i came across it again so Latrice those 5 stars are for you keep up the good work i look forward to seeing you soon. I have never used a self storage place before and I was worried about the process. My sister asked around as I needed someplace close to her house. A friend recommended it and said to ask for Eric. I am so glad she did! Not only did he explain how everything works, but he also took the time to help me figure out the size I needed. I would have gotten a smaller unit and everything would not have fit. I would have needed to move it again! Thank you Eric! I will be recommending this place for sure!

March 2017 UPDATE... If I could give 0 stars I would. If youre looking for storage now, PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE! ERIC is gone and the people responsible dont have a clue regarding their best employee. Eric went above and beyond in every way for SSS and for their customers. Expect this place to deteriorate quickly. *** old post: A pleasure to have Eric managing here. Im only giving two stars because you guys fired Eric and then got rid of Latrice, now you have this new guy here who is very lost and he dont know anything, he have no clue to whats going on around here. We wont Latrice back she was very clean, sweet and helpful. Please bring her back and if you guys do I will give a 5 stars rating on this place.

Erick is an excellent manager and has met our needs with courtesy, respect, understanding, and just being there when you need him. You couldnt ask for anything more in a manager. Hes friendly ,professional, and goes out of his way to help you in any way he can. Hes the best hands down and I very been there since 1993.

highly disappointed when I came back to simply and found out that the manager Eric is gone. He was an amazing worker and gave great customer service which is very rare now and days . Will not be coming back to this place unless he came back . Until then I will go to another place for my storage needs .

Ive had several storage units here over the past few years. Best storage place around. Reasonable rates, clean, no flooding, and friendly staff. What more could you ask for? I would definitely recommend Simply Self Storage to anybody who needs a storage unit.
