Carrie was quick and to the point. Think she did a good job. Unhappy with the $20.00 processing fee, the $17.00 lock purchase that was described as mandatory while many lockers were seen with their own style lock, and the "mandatory" insurane that was written as not mandatory in the lease agreement?! Not totally unexpected. Just forgot that these places will always nickel and dime you especiaaly if you dont do your homework. also they see you pull up with a full trailer and realize you dont want to spend your saturday driving around looking for another place. In the end ill use them this one time for a few months and move on. Ill be sure to tell friends and anyone who asks about all the extra fees.

Carrie was excellent! She was so professional and kind. I work in the Automotive Industry as. Sales Manager and I would have to say that if I personally had more sales associates like Carrie, I would be a millionaire. She shows an excellent amount of knowledge, professionalism along with her friendly sales tactics. I trust her by all means and I enjoy her friendly attitude and knowledge of the business and products she sells. She said how much she loves her job, I have to say that if I had all of my sales associates like Carrie I would be the happiest manager in the world. I plan on offering her a job. Thank you Carrie! Carrie is great. She was a pleasure to work with. She was able to get me processed into the system and out the door quickly. Her knowledge about the computer system and the grounds makes her a great asset to Public Storage. Its customer service that I appreciate a lot and it was Carrie who was able to deliver me a great satisfying service. *Side note* - I will not step foot back into a lot of businesses because of poor customer service. Its is not that I am "ENTITLED", its your job to help me as a patron. I just want to be in and out, thats all.

Carrie is the head person at this Public Storage site. She is courteous, helpful and easy to talk to. She goes out of her way to make sure your experience is smooth and easy. She helps you through the registration process with ease. She explained the units, showed them to us and recommended the size that would suit us best. Auto pay is great...no forgetting to pay the monthly fees. She understands your needs and does her best to meet them. We appreciate all her help. Thank you Carrie!!

Carrie was so helpful when my husband and I were looking for a storage unit. By describing the things we needed to store, she used her expertise to match us with the perfect size storage unit. The thing I loved the most about our experience with Carrie is she put our needs first. She made sure we received the best rate, in fact, she even went out of her way to do so. I worked with Carrie to set up my storage units around 8:30 PM. She was very knowledgable about the different spaces, answered all of my questions and drove me around for a tour. Being a business owner I needed 24 hour access which she handled the same night after 9 PM. I have been very pleased with the very secure facility and would recommend public storage to any one looking for more space. Thank you Carrie.

Carrie S. is a very friendly person. I had an appointment on 4/29/17 and she showed me a couple of the units that I was interested in. She showed me around and I ended up needing to find something closer to where I was going to move. She took the time to transfer my information and called the other place as well! From setup to move-in the experience has been wonderful. Carrie was prompt to introduce herself and setup the move-in. Her customer service and throughness at time of move-in and throughout has been absolutely remarkable. She doesnt miss a beat in being personable and helpful. The property is easily accessible, clean, and well lit. Without hesitation, Id recommend Public Storage and Carrie.

Great experience so far with this Public Storage. Cathy in the office was very helpful, both when I talked to her on the phone in advance and when I arrived. She gave me a quick tour of my unit and then headed back to the office. We knocked out the paperwork in just a few minutes while my movers loaded up the storage unit. The entire experience was very quick and easy.
