The facility manager, Amir, was friendly, cordial, and helpful in assisting us to make the decision best for our situation...no attempt to up-sell like my experiences at other storage facilities. The place is well maintained and secure. I would not hesitate to recommend this particular storage facility to anyone. I dont like having to spend money for storing my stuff. But, I have too; and Im more than satisfied and happy with the 1510 S Lake St facillity

I stopped into this location last week to inquire about a storage space. I am looking to rent a space sometime in July of this year. I wanted to know about some prices and actually see the units. The manager on duty offered to show me, she actually showed me two. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I feel that this location is very clean and the prices are great on the units. I definitely will be coming back in July to rent from you.

Jenna quickly returned my call in response to my online reservaton and was extremely helpful when I came to the office to complete the paperwork. She was thorough, efficient, professional and friendly during the process. She gave me a tour of the facility and I immediately felt comfortable leaving my belongings in the unit. I would highly recommend the facility.

Kathleen and Fabiola are fantastic. They really personalized my storage experience. They even are willing to help me out with packing supplies and locks. The facility is always clean and they are very timely on repairs with any of my units. I have no doubt that my belongings are secure and safe. I highly recommend using Extra Space Storage!!!

I was in a bad situation and needed to get out of my house as quickly as possible. The owner was great and then when I realized I needed a bigger space they were more than accommodating. I would absolutely use them again and refer them to friends. They made my bad situation better. THANK YOU!

We had a very good experience in renting the storage locker. The space meets our needs exactly, is reasonably priced and convenient. The manager (Jenna) was very efficient in completing the contract, showing us the space and processing the payment.

The unit is fine, well built and clean. The facility manager does a fine job. The price is 3 times higher than what I pay elsewhere, but is competitive in general area where my Mundelein unit is located.
