I rented a storage unit a couple of weeks ago and the two guys who helped me were extremely friendly and helpful. I explained to them a couple of my concerns and they showed me the perfect storage area in a spot within the facility that worked out great for me. I had previously debated getting one here because of the price each month, but the convenience and cleanliness won me over. The only "bad" thing is that it can be a little creepy if you go at night/after hours, because it is pretty big and its pretty quiet except for the random sounds the building makes, which can freak you out at first when youre in there by yourself.

In the process of moving we have worked with three separate storage companies and extra space has by far been the best. Jeff was super helpful in helping us choose the right size space for us and was nothing but friendly through the entire experience. He answered all of our questions and helped get us the best deal possible for what we needed. It is a super clean facility, everyone is friendly, they always say hi and ask how you are. Jeff even offered to help my mom carry the shrink wrap she bought out to her car. All in all we absolutely loved our experience here and Jeff was fantastic.

This storage facility is the best one Ive ever found. All the storage units are inside and there are drive up units where all you have to do is drive your car to the unit and unload. The guys that work there ,Jeff and Tony, have been extra helpful in helping me get a unit that would meet my needs. They have helped me on many occasions when I needed it and I really appreciate it since I am elderly. You would not be making a mistake to come to this facility. It has everything. Its climate controlled and easy to facilitate moving things into your unit.

It has been a month since a rented a unit and I could not be happier! I signed up with Tony and he was very helpful. He showed us several units and we picked a 5x7 on the second floor. I have brought things over several times and it so easy. The facility is always clean and well maintained. On my last visit the manager came over and introduced himself. I thought that was a great touch and showed a focus on customer service. I also love all the carts that are available, it makes having a unit on the second floor a breeze!

Tony is professional and extremely helpful! The storage place is fantastic. I will keep coming here for my storage needs and will refer my friends as well. Remember that you get what you paid for and at the end of the day the overall security and just knowing your stuff is safe is worth the extra Dollars. Great job guys!!!

Anthony was very friendly and knowledgeable about the units, fair upfront prices and very accessible being off a major roadway (Rand Rd). I am very comfortable knowing my storage is secure, climate controlled and taken care of by the Extra Space staff. I would advise this place for your storage needs.

This is seriously the nicest storage unit ever. You drive in and can park your car indoors while loading/unloading your unit and then drive out (no weird 3 point turns). Its very safe and secure and the manager Jeff is wonderful. Highly, highly recommend!
