When I initially signed up for my storage unit I was helped by Hillary and she was fantastic. Throughout my term at this space whenever I had questions the employees were able to give detailed responses over the phone or in person and were more than happy to help. Most recently with this crazy weather we have been having my storage unit was completely ICED SHUT-Meghan helped dig my unit out and provided salt for the surrounding snow as well. Not to mention she did this all when it was probably 15 degrees out! No one can control the weather but you can definitely can control how you react to it and she was able to help quickly in a stressful situation given the fact that I had to move out of my unit in 2 days because of a cross-country move for work. Working with Meghan was an absolute breeze. I checked out of the location today and didnt make it in until after 5pm due to work but she had already checked me out before Noon because of previous discussions that we had about my move-out plans. Moving is never an easy task and usually something almost always goes wrong but Meghan was a great help throughout the process and made my experience with Public Storage great. Thank you Meghan!

I am a three time returning customer of Public Storage. Unfortunately this experience will make sure I never do business with them again. I rented the space, used it for about three weeks and before the month cycled, I both vacated the property and notified the property manager that I removed the lock and asked for my account to be closed. Pretty simple stuff right? Use the storage and when done close the account.... Apparently that is pretty difficult. I have received multiple calls, even on Sunday asking me to make a payment to avoid a fee. I informed that person that I vacated the property two weeks ago. They seemed shocked and unaware. I have received emails and more calls followed by more emails. How unprofessional can these people possibly be? Is there any communication between anyone there? I call customer service and they say I need to call the property manager. I call the property manager and it goes to their answering machine. Round and round and round. This total lack of basic customer service will make me gladly pay more somewhere else.

I was only supposed to have my locker for 2 months, but wound up keeping it for 19 months. The staff (Megan, Lindsey and later Mike) were all incredibly helpful - even when I ran into problems and had to make a couple late payments. Everyone is professional and courteous, and conscientious, too! The facility is always clean, inside and out, the lockers are clean and spacious, and the property security is top notch. If you need a storage facility in the Palatine/Arlington area - this property is HIGHLY recommended. Thanks, guys! I appreciate all your help!!

I only used this storage for a month but was provided great service from the beginning to the end. On my move out date my storage door was frozen shut, not ideal whatsoever. However, after 2 hours of trying to get it open the office opened and Mike was glad to come out and help. He made sure to stay and help us until we were able to gain access, which was awesome! I would recommend this place to anyone, just be sure you open your storage during the snow so it doesnt get frozen like mine.

Due to winter weather I was unable to get into my storage unit as it was frozen shut. I called for assistance, and Mike B responded immediately. He came to my unit and proceeded to clear away the snow and ice regardless of his injured arm. He then put salt near the opening to melt the ice and after a short while the door opened and I was able to get into my unit. My sincere appreciation to Mike for all his help!!

I rented at this storage unit for exactly a year while I was relocating. During that time I never had any concerns about the safety of my items. The area was safe, the facility was clean, and I was always able to reach out to Hillary and Mike with any questions or concerns; they were both very helpful, polite, and professional. They offer convenient gate access times and it is very secure. Highly recommended!

The manager listened to what my needs were and helped me pick a unit that fit my needs. She took the time to show me around and explained everything to me. I ended up renting a larger unit that what I had reserved but it was the right move. A smaller unit would have been much more difficult to arrange. I would recommend this location highly! Thumbs up!!

Meghan C was very helpful to us when we used Public Storage. She was also kind and polite, and answered all questions and concerns. She also stayed after hours to accommodate us. Robyn, the property manager is very knowagable and very helpful with everything you need to know about renting a storage unit for the first time. She will walk you through everything from packing your things to putting it in your unit. I loved my experience at her location. I am very happy I got to deal with Robyn:-)

Management great way of treat customers and good help and every aspect. Very polite and showing me the units, also units are clean and they have driving access to all units which is great and I dont have to walk or stairs or elevators. I definitely recommend this location and the management well train and respectful.

The facility managers, Alisha and Amy are both really out-going and sincere. I found them to be most accommodating, and the storage units were clean and well-maintained. Keeping some of our prized possessions at their East Lake Cook Road facility in Palatine gave us the peace of mind we needed after a stressful move.

I would recommend this public storage location to anyone looking!! Mike Brassil the district manager and Meghan were just delightful to deal with, and very very helpful!! Nice and easy check in process. Lindsay was a pleasure to work with. Got our storage unit and paper work done in a few minutes and got the car tucked away fro mthe winter. The office and storage units were very clean and well kept. Fenced and security gate protected area as well as cameras.

I needed to rent a storage unit on short notice. I called on a Sunday morning and Mike B. was very helpful in getting me set up with the unit I needed. He processed the paperwork quickly and efficiently and I was able to move in my stuff by 1:00 that same day. I would recommend this location.

Robyn and Brenda were amazing today. Robyn deserves ten stars for helping my son and me push our boat into the storage unit because I couldnt make the necessary turn -- you ROCK! Both made check-out quick n easy and we had a few laughs about raising boys.
