Leaky! My first unit was wet all over after some large rains. The office manager told me they would fix the roof right away, and they would have been able to help me with damages, if I had the insurance (I had forgotten to sign up for it). I signed up for the insurance, and trusted that the roof would be fixed right away, as they assured me. A month or so later after another big rain, leaks everywhere again. This time I had insurance, but nothing was damaged. The office was greatly apologetic, but all they could offer was give me another unit with a couple free months of rent there, but no help or compensation for having to move my things out of the unit. Tragic enough, the next unit ended up having a leaky roof as well, and as things were damaged this time, I filed a claim, but found out later that the office lost it and it was never processed. After the leaks were found in this second unit, I moved out of Great Value into Country Fair Storage, at my own expense. Great Value was again very apologetic, but would not share any of the costs of my now multiple moves, nor return any funds to me, although they did give me another lock and some packing tape. I would not recommend this storage facility to others.

I recently rented a unit here over the phone and was concerned b/c of the bad review below, but when I dealt with them my experience was great. I was driving in on Sunday when they are closed and it was all arranged over the phone and extremely convenient. Everything went very smoothly and I am very happy with the unit. Even better was that they checked the unit the next day after I had left and called b/c I had locked it improperly. They took care of putting a new lock on at no expense, which I thought was great and so I can really recommend dealing with this storage company because they really care for the customers.

They are crazy people. They bait and switch without shame. They will add fees, lie and be horrible people. The town they operate in has a high turnover rate being a college town with many foreign students. They take advantage of the moving and lack of choice by acting completely obscene and unprofessional. They will scr*w you. Avoid at all costs.

Used them for a climate controlled unit for the past year. Was pleased with the location, it was well-kept and the fees reasonable. I especially appreciated the customer service provided by Marcelia. She was always pleasant and helpful in each of our interactions. I have recommended them to a few friends.

I got an indoor climate controlled unit for a great price the day of. No hassle at all, and the price was awesome. I was able to access my stuff whenever needed, but I still felt like my stuff was in good hands. The staff was all very helpful and nice. I couldnt have asked for a better deal.

The management here is fantastic! I left all my storage information in a friends car, and they were willing to open the office doors for me 20 minutes past closing time and retrieve everything I needed to get my stuff into my unit. Would recommend to a friend!

After so much trouble finding Dhl drop off box in Danville due to lack of up date on Dhl website AAA storage and Cindy specifically was very helpful and informative she called Dhl right away for pick up. And she was friendly polite and honest.

Good for storing items and its pretty accessible. There are extra fees when you actually pay for the unit, however.
