REVISION TO MY PREVIOUS KIND REVIEW: Had to call the police on this establishment during the fire restoration project which resulted in an unauthorized charge to my credit card. They cut my lock off without notice, moved my things without my permission, LIED, lost my keys, had 2 completely untrained staff working and delivering false information, then the (female) "manager" and (male) "district manager" proceeded to tag team and attempt to collect $75 dollars for my supposed remaining account balance. After I already gave my required 10 day notice but was unable to retain my belongings due to circumstances of their responsibility. Then they lied some more, and now here we are. ******This place is horribly mismanaged and the entire staff should likely be replaced if I were the owner.******* ###Thank you to the Hoffman Estates Police Department for sticking up for me###

We showed up near closing time, and in the same day we got the storage unit we wanted at a reasonable price. Unlike other storage units weve looked at, we didnt feel rushed and was able to take our time and didnt feel like they just wanted our money. Jennifer the store manager was super nice and helpful. She was very easy to get along with and a lot of fun to do business with. Im excited to use Simply Self Storage service and my wife and I will highly recommend them to anybody. Renting a unit was quick and painless. After taking me on a quick tour of the facility so I could take a close look at the units, Jim (the manager) reviewed their storage units size and rate schedule and answered any questions I had. Once I made my decision the paperwork took only a few minutes. The location is clean and the staff I interacted with that day, and since then, have been courteous and helpful.

Jim was very welcoming from the start. Very easy going and informative. Made the experience great! Drove up to the unit and showed us around, the location is very accessible. Looks very clean. He also informed that once a month they have pest control come in for prevention which was really nice to hear. Prices are very reasonable. Thumbs up!

I rented 2 climate controlled units. The climate area was clean and easy to get in and out of. They were very accommodating when there was an unforeseen problem with my movers trailer that was beyond anyones control. And certainly not Simply Self Storages. Bottom line is the staff was great to work with and the units were excellent.

Jim is always so nice and helpful to me. When i first came in with my 2 kids (one of which is a screaming 2 year old) he was super understanding and accommodating. Since then, whenever there is an issue, jim is the first to jump to help! Super happy customer here!!!

I have been at the Hoffman location for many years. They are competitive and very reasonably priced for the large unit that I occupy. I have not even seen others offer a 13x40 locally. Very friendly and responsive staff. Clean and secure.Highly recommend.
