Worst Experience ever!!! They stole my money! Buyer beware. They have many "used car salesman" tactics! They lure you in with $1 move in rate. They dont tell you that there is a non refundable $24 admin fee. They try to make you buy "their insurance". They say it is a requirement for you to buy "their insurance" but when you read the paper work it says that is not required and if you have home or renters insurance their insurance will probably overlap. Their insurance is garbage! When going to view the unit they conveniently bring their own $24 lock that they later unknowingly charge you for. So now the $1 move in fee has turned into $45. They charge your credit card $45 and then they rush you through the lease agreement skipping over the parts that arent good for the consumer. They completely try to skip over section 3 where they claim rights to your property. They conveniently skip over the last section 18 “NO WARRANTIES: ENIRE AGREEMENT”. This is the first sentence. “Owner hereby disclaims any implied or express warranties, guarantees or representations of the nature, condition, safety or security of the Premises and the Property and Occupant herby acknowledges that Occupant has inspected the Premises and the Property and hereby acknowledges and agrees that Owner does not represent or guarantee the safety or security of the Premises or the Property or of any personal property stored therein, and this Lease/Rental Agreement does not create any contractual obligation for Owner to increase or maintain such safety or security. I did not agree with section 18 and said I could not sign it. Why would I pay to store my belongings with a company that does not guarantee any kind of security or safety? I asked if they had cameras and they did not. I immediately asked for a refund and they denied it. Finally they said that they would refund everything but the non-refundable $24 admin fee. I said that is ridiculous. I never signed the lease so I should have never been charged. They said they already ran and processed my credit card. I said without a lease there is no contract or charge. They didn’t care. They basically stole money from me. Such a scam! Just another scumbag company.

The only reason this is a 5 star review is because of one employee her name is Katlin. Had it not been for her this would be 0 stars. Ive filed bankruptcy and presented public storage with the court order which the corporate office refused to immediately comply with pursuant to US code. The allmighty legal department decided to wait to comply with the order until it was convenient for them. I waited SEVERAL DAYS for this legal department to "approve" a FEDERAL JUDGES ORDER I was livid and furious. The saving grace here is Katlin she is truly a compassionate kind person who truly cares about her customers. I didnt feel like a customer at her location I felt like a friend. I will miss getting the chance to chat with Katlin and seeing her around the property.

I stopped by the Roselle IL location ( property # 26824) to figure out a good size unit for my furniture that i would like to store. I met the most professional, sensible, positive, and warming Manager by the name of Princess G. She was very knowledgeable about her store had a answer for everyone of my questions without hesitant, offered great products to protect my furniture which were at great prices. I definitely recommend stopping by this location so your experience can be as awesome as mine. sincerely I. A.

Debbie provided an amazing amount of help to me. All of my questions were near immediately answered and any concerns quickly alleviated. Not only did Debbie provide assistance in choosing the right storage size for my needs, but she also showed me several units around the building while humoring my two (rather hyper at the time) kids! Overall a wonderful experience, I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of storage space at a great price.

Ashley was great. she really extended her assistance to get me into a unit by trying to get me what I wanted tho what I wanted and needed was 2 different things. All of the people like Mary and Scott at (2) other locations were a great to work with as well. They are a team over here and I cant tell you what a jam they got me out of. Thanks Team I take my hat off to you. Highly Recommend.

I can honestly say getting this storage unit was a great decision. However what makes it even more better is the great service they have provided. Particularly Sherise! its really great to know theres still good people out there that will go the extra mile to make sure people have a great experience. Was plesently surprised by the friendliness and professionalism displayed by the staff. Leslie did an excellent job explaining everything to us and was very thorough. Ashley was also a big help when my husband met the movers this morning and didnt know where the unit was located. Good job you two! Will recommend to everyone I know who needs storage!

I stopped in for some moving supplies and to ask about a small space. Christian the manager was very knowledgeable and professional, I was able to get all the supplies I need plus he showed me a few extra items that I didnt even think of! Wonderful customer service! I highly recommend Public Storage to all who need supplies or a space!

Great Job for David Malek. He aasisted me in the transition from my old unit 438 to new unit 303. He even went to the extra mile asking me of issues I had experienced for the past 2 years renting from different unit to another unit i.e; roof leaks, door issues and walls conditions.
