A Place that always helps and has the best darn manager and friend over the years. Kathy has been a person I met under duress and over the years, a fancy car, too way too much stuff and at times when we talked a good laugh or two. Good business always stems from good people and Kathy is definitely first rate. If you need a service or a person in the trades,a good place for dinner, or a happening in the surrounding area Kathy can help, tell you where to eat, and get you almost anywhere in the town. I can say I have met my fair share of people I have had great business dealings with but Kathy has become something more she has become my friend. If you need space or just to find out somewhere,someone, or even more so something head to the Cubesmart on Ontarioville Rd. they call it Devon see Kathy shell put you right.

I have stored at many facilities previous to finding this one. I have to say that it is the most well managed storage facility that I have ever encountered. Kathy is the most helpful and friendly employee that Cubesmart has and I refuse to store anywhere else because of her! This facility is super well maintained and CLEAN. The security is better than most storage facilities that you will find which makes me feel safe. I have rented multiple units at different times and a parking space from this location. I have never had any problems what so ever and in fact they have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me with anything that I have ever needed. I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs a quality storage unit.

Very impressive!! We were looking for a 10X20 unit with drive-up access, and climate controlled. I looked alot on line, and finally found the perfect combination at Cube Smart. In retrospect, I wish I had gotten 2 10-x10 units, which would have given us easier access to things in the back of the unit, but dont plan to move to a different size until we are able to get rid of much of what we have in here. We had a few bumps in the road with our total moving experience, but NO BUMPS at all at Cube Smart. Kathy, the manager, has been terrific both on the phone and in person. I cant think of a better person to run this operation. Thank you Kathy!

Kathy was very helpful and friendly, She treats you like family. Clean and bright facility, security monitors. I had my new 2017 camper at public storage for 2days.I received 3 phone calls from 2 employees that didnt remember they talked to me. Also they have no security cameras and I was told if anything happened to my property to take it up with my insurance company they are not responsible. At Cubesmart they have cameras giving you peace of mind
