Without question the most clean facility I have seen. It even smells good. Rondia (the manager) is very friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant experience and feel confident with our space. Moving is stressful enough. We would have rated this five stars but the storage industry is adding a mandatory artificial insurance fee if you do not show other insurance coverage. As this facilities manager exceeds at caring for the property the policy coverage is useless. If you have any questions about this review just compare the warehouse looks of the other places office, showroom and bathroom to StorageMarts. Not only are the spaces clean but Rondias personal touches left us with a peace and calm that this is the right place to store our belongings that make a house our home One neat tip they offer a few bucks off your monthly dues when you recommend your friends so tell Rondia we sent you.

I have nothing but good things to say about our experience at the Aurora StorageMart. We were going through a difficult time as a family and needed to move several things out of our unit. The manager, Rondia, was incredibly helpful and understanding during this time. She was always available and very responsive to our needs. Besides having a great manager, this facility is an excellent storage option. Unlike past experiences with other facilities that weve used for storage, none of our goods had any water damage and Rondia made sure that our units didnt get covered in ice in the winter. Overall, we had a great experience with this facility. I would definitely recommend connecting with Rondia for any of your storage needs.

This is our second time using this StorageMart and the reason why is simple.....great service and Rondia is very helpful, always has a smile on her face and makes you know that she is there for us without blinking an eyelid. Both times the units were clean and easy to get into.....Office area is always clean and other staff are also nice and friendly. We could have got another Storage Unit closer to where we will be living however i say when your on a good thing...stick to it, the few extra miles we have to travel is well worth it!! If Rondia is doing her rounds on the golf cart she always stops and says hi, really really nice to feel we are somebody not just another person...very rare these days!!

The manager, Rondia, went above and beyond her duties to help this moving-exhausted, single mom of 3 get moved into multiple storage units. Moving took longer than expected and I had to keep a 26 foot moving truck overnight. Rondia allowed me to keep it parked safely multiple nights, on sight, which made unloading it so much easier. Storage Mart had an excellent Groupon deal for moving in and also gave the 2 month free. The facility is kept clean and secure. This has been the best storage experience Ive ever had and I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs!

Hello I was at your facility today and spoke with Rondia. She was extremely friendly, and was very accommodating to myself and my staff. We run a moving company locally out of St. Charles called M.K Movers and she made today a breeze. We were thoroughly impressed with how clean your office was and how organized you were. Manager has a horrible attitude. My wife and I originally rented our unit from Ronda, who was amazing. She provided great customer service, and went above and beyond. Natalie who is there now could use a bit of retraining. She rude and spoke to my wife as if she was a child. We were going to rent another 2 units from her but have decided to take our business down the street to Lifestorage hopefully they will provide better customer service. So far so good.

Rhonda the manager there has always taken very good care of me. Their prices are very reasonable for the area. I had some damage to one of my vehicles that was parked the and she made sure to take pictures and get me in touch with the right people. I had a vehicle there that another tenant was interested in purchasing and she connected us so we could make a deal. Great experience as far as Im concerned. Location is very convenient and easy to access.

bad customer service I was in the location today and was greeted with a bad attitude and awful customer service. Seemed the manager was more worried about other issues then taking care of customers. Talked negatively to the other employee and huffed around. I told them I will rent somewhere else. I went down the road and secured a spot with the other storage facility. The whole situation was childish and completely lacked class.

I have rented not one, but two spaces from these guys. It was a transfer from a small unit I got back in June to a larger unit a few weeks ago. I walked in; told the nice lady what I needed to do; and I was outta there in less than ten minutes. Which was a HUGE help to me that day (long story...haha). Not only was the service fast & efficient, I got the first month free on the NEW space too! Im telling you, it couldnt have easier.

We rented mid month and were attracted by the"Free Month" offer because we still had items in storage in another state that we had to pay for until we could consolidate. It wasnt until we were signing our contract that it was slipped in that we only had the rest of the month and our rent would be due on the first so basically understand that "month free" is relative. Other than that the location is secure and well maintained.

The ladies are absolutely brilliant!! Best customer service I had in ages and the sign up process was straight-forward. Really SO glad that the website on the first place I checked out wasnt working so I found StorageMart instead. The store was really clean and the facilities are great, easy to access and really well maintained. Highly recommend to anyone whos looking for somewhere to park their stuff for a while.

I had a terrific experience at Storage Mart. Rondia, the General Manager was very nice and accommodating. We are very please with our storage room, all the amenities and the convenience of having Storage Mart so close. I would strongly recommend Storage Mart to any of my friends or family looking for extra storage space. Keep up the great work!!!
