Absolutely terrible experience at this branch. I booked a one way truck 36 hours in advance, so I came into town to pick it up. 2 hours before my scheduled pickup, they said that they did not have any one way trucks available. When I explained the situation, they said the would call to find an available truck and would call me back. I received no call back. When I finally called them (15 minutes before my scheduled pickup) they gave me a phone number to their regional office and told me to work with them instead. Absolutely TERRIBLE service, do not use this branch!

Beware... If your bill is due on the 31st and you move out the storage on the 8th, you still have to pay for the entire month. They do not prorate the month like most legitimate businesses do. Will never rent or recommend uhaul ever. Also to top it off, they had a increase while I was renting and the manager said it was so they could pay for security features however, they do not have a security gate like most storage facilities. I have not seen any additional security features only a increase in my rate. If I could give them a "zero" I absolutely would. Beware!
