My wife and I were renting a storage space down the road at Public Storage. My wife was apprehensive about it because the locker was outdoor and worried about how the weather and humidity would affect our items in storage. We were pressed for time and I made the decision to go with Public Storage over Extra Space. Fast forward 5 months later and we decided to stop in and check out Extra Space storage. We met with Georganna and explained our situation and how we wanted to move our stuff from Public Storage because the locker we rented was filthy, filled with bugs, and we noticed that our boxes were starting to show signs of wear and tear from the humidity. Georganna assured us that we wouldnt deal with those issues if we rented lockers at Extra Space. She took us for a tour and she was right. The place was spotless and the lockers looked very well maintained. Georganna was a pleasure to work with and she paid attention to our storage needs to make sure we got the right sized units for all of our stuff. We were only able to use the storage facility for 4 months but it gave us a peace of mind to know that our items were in the excellent care of Extra Space. In addition to the fantastic customer service, I really enjoyed being able to use the carts to bring boxes and other items to/from our moving van. The loading bay was a plus and made moving a cinch. I highly recommend contacting Extra Space and working with Georganna if youre shopping around for storage units.

My experience with ExtraSpace Storage at Naperville at the corner of Ogden Ave and North Aurora Rd, is very satisfying. First of all, Id like to say that they are an extremely clean storage. How they keep up with the cleanliness is really amazing. Ive been with them for almost 3 years now, and there have been minor increases in renting the space I have with them, but Ive done some research among the other storage companies in the area (like Public Storage and stuff), and Extras prices are quite competitive and low. And none of the other storage places are as clean as Extraspace. And Id like to specifically mention Donna, who has been handling my account for the last couple of years. And shes very friendly and helpful, always helping with any support you may need, like temporarily increasing my hours of access etc. Her pleasant and lively personality makes it comfortable about questions about my account and all. Todd, the Manager at Extraspace, who helped me set up my account and move into Extraspace is a very good manager and a stickler for the cleanliness at the facility. He is extremely professional and efficient at what he does. I look forward to atleast another year with Extraspace Naperville, and Id like to express my thanks and appreciation to Todd and Donna for their ongoing support.

I love this place. My home has never looked so clutter free! My husband and I are newlyweds and bought a home about a year ago. After much debate we finally agreed to rent a climate control 10 X 7 unit. I wish we contacted Georganna (sorry if I butchered the spelling of her name as I already gave her business card to a family member!) sooner. Georganna answered our questions and was patient when my husband and I "debated" about which unit we needed. She let us look at the two different sizes we wanted and educated us with our options. She was great! Anyhow, we use our unit to store things like camping gear, old tires, and just the extra stuff our non garage home needs space for. PROS: Cost perfect for our budget, cleanliness, climate control, size, elevators, customer service, easy to maneuver website, facility hours, security, and those cool carts to help you get stuff from your car/truck to your unit CONS: Hard to come up with many cons. I can only think of one- You can not turn left from Ogden Ave. to get to facility. As long as you know that before going there, it isnt that big of a deal. Extra Space Storage makes me very happy cause I am loving all the extra room in my house!

I could not imagine a better experience than I had using this facility for a short term rental when we moved. The staff was great, very professional, the process was simple and painless and I was so surprised there was never a "gocha!" I expect companies like this to hide terms in small print in order to nickle and dime you. Even the lock we purchased from them was a reasonable price! Every price was exactly what was quoted, fair, pro-rated. When I went to check out no one was there, I waited a while and called thinking "Oh, this is how theyll get me for another month" not so! The gentleman on the phone said "well take care of that for you" he did and then emailed my confirmation. I dont know when Ill need storage again, but I know where Ill go. I recommend them to anyone.

Rented a storage space yesterday by reserving it online. Within a couple of minutes, I got a call from Lauren regarding my interest in the space. When I went to the site, I was greeted by Lauren who showed me the storage unit and went over how everything worked. We later went down to do the paperwork. Throughout the entire process, Lauren was very knowledgeable, professional, and was able to answer all of my questions. The facility itself is clean and well managed. I also like how you can load directly into the elevator from the loading dock. It has been a while since I have had to rent a storage locker, and I was impressed by the security and convenience. I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage.

This review is for the Extra Storage Space facility located on Ogden in Naperville IL We were very happy with the facility and wonderful service that Giorgiana (Gigi) and Tod provided for us. Gigi was super helpful and resourceful she really keep the facility in mint condition. We rented 3- 3x10 spaces for 2.5 months (April-June 2015) for our move from Chicago to Naperville. I would use them again without reservations and highly recommend this location. Our moves went smoothly and the place is very secured. Giorgiana is extremely organized and takes great pride I. What she does, shes organized and accommodating to U.S. customers whenever we needed help. Thank you so much for all the help!!! -- Ja

Comparing this facility to Public Storage around the corner from this location....I was sold as soon as I walked in the door. It didnt matter the price after the tour. I am especially please with the security cameras, alarms system for each storage unit and the elevators are code to say hello to you. You can only be taken to the floor where your storage is located.....really cool!!!! Oh, and did I mention the lights are on a sensor. When you enter your floor the light automatically come on. At Public Storage you have to flip the switch. When it is dark, I dont want to find the switch. Thanks for the customer service received at Extra Space Storage. Thank You!!!

I currently have 2 storage units here and love that the people have been very helpful and wonderful to work with. When I recently moved from a single unit to the 2 units, they gave me a better deal than what I was originally expecting and a free month of service for paying for a full year in advance. The manager of the property even helped me move a few things while we chatted. The facility is clean, brightly lit and is well secured. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for some extra storage space.
