What i liked most about public storage is when my storage flooded and the staff was very courteous which was Stephanie who is awesome about being very a tentative on getting me all the info i needed for insurance and immediately moving me into a different storage unit Alao i like the idea of beong able to access my storage 24 hours due to i am basically living out of storage having to run back and forth for items and its convenient. Last but not least i like the idea that the staff are very friendly and they walk around the units speaking and asking if there is anything they can help with and Leslee is very nice and helpful.

I have to move and I needed from space for my extra items. I find this storage online and keep it. Right now I have got a call and email. The day before to visit the store I got another email to remember me about my visiting. When I visit the store I meet Ashley. She was very smile and polite and like good profetional explan me everything very nice. Im in US 3 years and my English is not perfect and I have to use public store for first time. Ashley was very polite about rules and she repeat me some times to be sure that I understood everything . Thank you Ashley

Husband and I havent move in 24 years and we have never gotten a storage space before, let alone know how big of a space I would need. I had alot of uncertain feelings which all went away once I got to the storage location and worked with Alex. He was extremely professional and helped to answer my questions and eased my anxiety over this whole situation. This facility did not have the size unit I needed, but Leslee took the time to guide me to another facility that did. And Debbie at facility 29125 was able to rent me a unit. Both Leslee and Debbie were so very helpful in providing me with a storage unit to fit my needs. I would highly recommend Public Storage to anyone with a need for storage space. Front desk people are very nice. So many signatures for such a small transaction. High pressure to have you purchase insurance like a car rental. Inside is clean. Biggest gripe is that cart is only available during business hours. Very inconvenient. I can only go when I am not working and my unit is far from the staircase. Only need unit for short time or I would switch.

Leslee has been a great help to us in starting using this facility. The unit is clean and has been easy for us to start filling. We have a second floor unit, but access is quick and easy with use of the large elevator, also it is very close to our home .
