I have been renting with this facility for about 2 1/2 yrs. now and have no complaints as of yet. For me it was the best value in the area for indoor climate control. The management staff has changed a few times over the years but everyone I have come into contact with has been helpful, friendly & professional. The facility is clean, safe & secure and prices for storage units are very reasonable and hopefully will stay that way. In my opinion this facility is tops in the area as far as value, professionalism & security and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent a storage unit.

We found this location online, it was the closest. Took advantage of the online booking. We were called within 5 minutes to confirm our reservation for a 10x10. We made an appointment for 12:30 the same day, went in and was treated fabulously. Carol was the one who showed us the location and walked through the procedures. Very great to work with and love that she is NKOTB mega fan(lol!). Truly, it was a very easy process and the facilities are very nice and clean. I feel good about leaving our extra stuff in the gated storage area. Thank you Carol!

I used the booking feature on the website to reserve a storage unit, at an online discounted price. Carol called within five minutes to confirm the reservation, and inform me of the sign-up process. Once I arrived at the facility she showed me the exact unit I would have, and explained my options for other units available if I needed a different size. The final sign-up process was quick and easy, and I was able to load items into the unit immediately after. Great service, and very clean units. The facility appears to be very well maintained.

I have been a customer here for several years and have had exceptional service. First from Mark and Lauren and now, Mark and Carol. I even had a scenario where I accidentally forgot to put something in my storage which was critical to my employment. Needless to say, I received a call from Carol alerting me and saying that they placed my items in a safe storage until I was able to retrieve. Clean, friendly and helpful storage facility! Mike and Carol were extremely nice and the process from my intial renting until my completion was easy and painless. Other than their customer service, what stands out most for me is the cleanliness of this facility. I just took my items out this weekend and other than normal dust, my items were as I left them. No evidence of any water, excess dirt, rodents. Highly recommend this facility and should the need arise,would utilize again.

I had an excellent experience with this establishment! The employees were very friendly and helpful. This was my first time using a rental unit and they made it very easy and they also gave me several great tips. I really appreciated all of their help. They have great prices and they offer a free rental truck. I recommend extra space storage to anyone who needs a little extra space at home or just someone in between permanent homes.

Mark and Carol are both great to work with. Great customer service based on the combination of courtesy, knowledge and speed. Responsive and efficient while being adaptable to changes in requirements for the customer. Facilities are neat, clean and well-maintained. AND all of this while still be affordable. I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage to any of my business and personal acquaintances.

This Extra Space Storage is an excellent choice for your storing needs. I called several places to get quotes for a 10*10 unit and this facility offered the best quote. The store manager Lauren is very friendly, helpful, and professional. We also took advantage of the free truck to move our stuff into the unit, which is wonderful. Security is also great and I would definitely recommend this location.

As I walked out of my car mark was already there holding the door open for me and everyone who was working was EXTREMELY kind and welcoming. They explained everything to me very well which I appreciated because sometimes I need that little extra explaining about things. The facility was very updated and clean, cant complain about this place one bit. 10/10 recommended!!! And prices are very affordable

Prices are very competitive with other local storage facilities. The staff is always very friendly when I pay my rent or require assistance. They even offered the free use of an Extra Space Storage moving van when I first moved into my unit. The only drawback is the facility is close to a busy intersection. You may find some heavy traffic, at times, when exiting the facility.

The staff at Extra Space Storage are very nice and friendly. The storage unit property is very clean an well managed. The individual units are very clean and well insolated the temperature in the units dont really change much as your items are protected.
