My Sister and I Have Shared a Storage at This Location For The Past 3 Years.... My experience at cubeSmart today was GREAT!!! I called the toll free number 3 weeks ago to set up everything before my move out day, the person I spoke with had my information wrong as well as the size of the storage... went in to the location today and Ron Walker Fix everything!!! Cube Smart was a great storage option for me. It was right in my neighborhood and accessable at all the right times. Renting was quick and painless. Customer service is spot on. The guy working there is so friendly and was accommodating to my needs. If you rent from them, they have a truck you can use to move, and its cheaper than renting a truck elsewhere. Go here! Best storage experience to date.

They were nice and straight up. They did offer certain "sales" items but they were not high pressure. Location is easy to get to and hours are great. Other places make you pay more to get in after 7pm but here i can get in until 10pm. All units are outdoor, but the reality is - if you had your own garage for storage you would put it outdoors without thinking twice about it.

This is the second CubeSmart facility I have done business with and both proved to be a very a satisfying experience. Our move from the West Chicago facility to the Aurora facility happened without a problem. We were in and out of the office in a few minutes and moving in. The staff was friendly and efficient and I will do business with them again if need be in the future.
