I needed to store some books, winter clothes, fridge, futon, and microwave over the summer and I saw a flyer for Storage Squad and decided to go with them. They gave me free boxes and tape which held a lot more then I thought, they then picked up my items from my room giving me an exact hour window the day before and then delivered them into my apartment in the fall. They were very professional and it saved me a ton of time on move out and move in dates. Definitely using their services again this year and would highly recommend it.

I used Storage Squad for the first time this year and I was very satisfied of their service. Friendly and helpful staff and the process overall was very easy. Their boxes are really big so you can put lots in them. If you have questions, their team replies to your emails quickly. I was unaware that there was a deadline for picking the delivery date (and a fee if you miss it). It might be something to be made clearer. Other than that, great service that I would recommend.

Storage Squad was really quick to respond to emails. I worked with them after the summer break has started, and they were still really friendly and efficient. They were slightly behind time for pickup and sending the invoice, but it was a decent price for the amount of things I had to send for storage. Would recommend them!

Except for the pick-up crew was late about 35min, everything was fine. The truck driver helped me to move all my stuff from the entrance and sent sms whenever the tasks were done. The contact center response was quick and very helpful. Making a reservation and paying all was simple and easy through on-line.

Pros: super nice workers that were accommodating as well as customer service reps Cons: shipment truck was hours late, waited outside in the sun FOREVER. i was also unaware of the delivery set up date; they should make that more clear when they first pick up our items...

Summers still on so they still have my boxes, but pick up was extremely smooth. Slightly pricey but I worth it if you have 3-4 boxes, saves you from doing the heavy lifting and transportation. Loved the experience, if the delivery goes well Ill use the service again.
