BEWARE! After I vacated a storage unit there, the owners have not returned my initial deposit, even though I vacated the unit clean and undamaged, and still had 5 days left on the current months rental payment. The owners twice told me (on separate occasions) that they had mailed me a refund check; it never arrived, and they refused to issue a replacement for the check they claimed to have mailed. When I complained in person, they offered to show me a copy of the refund check from my file, but could not produce the copy (surprise, surprise!). Under the rental agreement, they had 7 days after the unit was vacated to issue me a refund. It has now been 22 days, and still no check. Next stop for me is small claims court to get these deadbeat business owners to meet their obligations. BE WARNED.

The people in charge of the facility are SHADY. Deposits are way too high.
