This is one of the worst storage units i have ever used. The staff is unprofessional and inconsiderate of people and their customers; basically lacking in common courtesy, and the ability to communicate with the general public. I will never rent a storage spot from them again due to their reprehensible attitudes and lack of customer service and the fact that they treated me as a felon once i had forgotten the "password" to get out of said storage facility.They self-contained, and harassed without contacting my reference/owner of storage unit and threatened to put me in jail. If i felt like ruining peoples lives i would call the better business bureau because of how i was treated, but because this seems to be a private owned company, and im a nice person, Ill take pity on their poor business ethics and refrain. I would not and will not ever recommend this business to anybody that i know.

Bailed on my unit after discovering piles of old mouse dung and a tangle of spider webs complete with egg sacks upon arrival. Was not offered money back for the first month. I have been renting storage units for years and have never had an experience like this.
