Ive had a storage unit here for 13 years. Today was the first time it was opened since I placed my lock on it. My property is in GREAT SHAPE: undisturbed, a little dusty, but dry and no sign of mice or mold. The staff is friendly and helpful. Kim provided exceptional customer service today, going above and beyond the norm to accommodate my need and an outstanding customer experience. Id recommend this facility hands down and 5-star customer service.

I gave it 2 stars because I think closing at 5 is way to early and closed on Sundays? Whats that about? Should be open till at least 9 pm

Its a storage place; older, kind of mildew-y smell in my unit, but if Kim is still there, you will get quality administrative service
