I have stored my extra household items here for over 2 years and have never had an issue. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. They sell packing supplies and locks at a great price. This is (IMO) the best storage facility in Ukiah, right in the middle of town & super easy to access.

Used this to store my furniture until I moved into my apartment. They do not exterminate and I now have to throw away nearly all of my furniture because mice are living in them. My unit smells like a hamster cage it is so full of mice poo. Im not happy with my experience at all.
