8/6/16 - Buyer beware! They asked me to walk back to see if my cargo trailer would fit in one of their spaces. Visually, I thought it would, so I filled out the paperwork and proceeded to drive in and try to park it. Of course, it was too big to fit in the space, so I asked for a refund since they had no other spaces that would work. The lady at the front desk told me she was not allowed to give refunds and also refused to give me the name or number of upper management stating that they would "call me" instead (NOT). Now I am going to have to try and dispute the charge on my CC. This seems like fraud to me! I felt bad for the front desk lady as she knew the policy was bogus and seemed to know what she was doing was wrong. Upper management...you need to fix that. Jet Industries trailer storage just down the road was $20 cheaper and had much better security in terms of barbed wire fencing and 24/7 surveillance with a guard who patrols overnight.

I have rented out of this storage unit for years. They are always so nice when I call, respectful. If you are on time with your payments they are great. They have even given me extensions on payment when I was short on money.

New management as of November 2010. Does not treat their customers with respect. Makes their good prices not worth it. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT FROM THIS PLACE!!!! NEW OWNERS ARE NOT FRIENDLY AND WILL RIP YOU OFF! HURRY RUN TO ANOTHER STOAGE UNIT!
