This rating would have been at least 4 stars two months ago, rates were good and access as easy and well into the evenings...but whatever management change has occurred here has RUINED this facility. I had always paid my bill, on time...and when the new owners changed everyone to first of the month billings, i was two days later in getting my check in (although I was actually paid up through the 8th) I arrived to find a red lock on my unit - locking me out until I paid - making me feel like a deadbeat. Then I saw about 50 red locks on units and I realized this place doesnt give a crap about customers - they only care about money.When I returned home, I found a letter from the management company threatening a lien against me due to me being TWO DAYS late, when the whole date change was their idea anyway. I guess theres always another sucker out there who needs a storage unit. Needless to say, we vacated the unit in just a few days because I had no desire to continue giving this place my money. Barrett - the office manager is a TOTAL ROCK STAR. Through all this transition and horrible customer service, he remained positive and helpful. I can only hope better things for him. Buyer Beware - you really should find another place for storage if you possibly can.

While the operators were friendly enough, we found the facility unsecured on numerous occasions. The code at the entrance gate was zip-tied to the access control box 24/7 for weeks at a time. Our trailer was burglarized twice within two months. The security camera facing our trailer malfunctioned and remained out of order during the burglaries. No satisfying effort to repair the deficiencies in security led to hundreds of dollars in theft of our property. Not safe!

For the past 6.5 years weve rented a unit here. The service has always been amazing. Recently, we were back for a short visit (we live abroad) and need to downsize our space. Sam and the team made it a super easy process. This made what could have a been a stressful time much more relaxed. They really do go above and beyond.

Needed a 10x20 and Sam was so nice and professional. We live in South Salem, so we have to drive a little bit, but worth it. When we met Sam in person, he was such a big help and very likable. Now we need a 10x15 and he is working on one for us. Thank you for employing such a wonderful employee.

Best prices in town. The manager is a very cordial young guy who has his hobbies of collecting old motorcycles and scooters right on site in his own storage unit. Very secure place; Ive had no problems at all.
