We decided to try out Storage Pro after 2-3 weeks of talking/visiting different storage facilities that did not meet our needs due to several reasons (too expensive, not safe enough, bad customer service etc). Thats why when we visited Storage Pro on Beale St, we were very pleasantly surprised by how much better it was compared to everything we had seen. Some highlights of our visit and decision to use them: 1) Great Customer Service - Jim was friendly, honest and addressed all our concerns well. I spoke with him on the phone before going there and was already comfortable dealing with him. 2) Safety/Security - Compared to some of the places we saw, this location seemed to have additional security and we felt comfortable that our unit wont be broken into, which was a concern with another company. 3) Cost - Storage Pro wasnt necessarily the cheapest, but it was worth the cost and was within our budget. 4) Convenience - They have a closed garage area where you can drive in and park and get your stuff on carts without having to do it in an parking-lot/street area. This was a plus few days ago when it was raining and we needed to unpack and repack some boxes. Also the storage unit was touching the floor, so I didnt have to climb an unstable metal staircase and struggle to put my boxes away in a highly placed unit. 5) Cookies for guests - Hey, nothing beats a warm Chocolate chip cookie on a cold rainy day. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in storage units.

In the interest of full disclosure, StoragePro offered me a small $10 credit as an incentive for me to post a review. However, I consider these comments to be unbiased. The incentive just encouraged me to share my experience so far and I will update the review as time goes by. For now, I highly recommend this place for storage. I would have rated them a 3 but it may be too soon for an "excellent" rating at this point. During my search for a storage facility, I checked out some other places, some of which also appeared very clean, well lit, and secure. However, I chose this place because of the staff. Bob was very friendly, professional and seemed genuinely interested in making sure my storage needs were met. So far, I am very pleased. I take comfort in knowing that my belongings are safe and secure. In addition, both Bob and Jim have always been very friendly, attentive and helpful. The cookies also add nice touch to the overall experience.

I am a fan of Storage Pro. I have had several units at their modern, clean facility in Carmel Valley managed by the courteous and helpful Sonia. When I needed to store some furnishings in San Francisco as well I went directly to Storage Pro on Beale Street and met Bob who had formerly managed the Carmel Valley facility. I felt right at home. He found me a competitively priced unit adequately sized and conveniently located in this clean, well-lit facility centrally located among various condominium units in the SOMA/Rincon Hill neighborhood. Bob was helpful with my move-in and Jim has been attentive and helpful as well. I recommend Storage Pro anywhere.

I needed to move some items into storage and did some pretty thorough research on all of the properties in the city. I compared them on the quality of the facility, size of the units and professionalism of the staff. The guys at this Storage Pro location (Bob & Jim) beat everyone else hands down. Even after I called them several times over the course of 6 months without actually making a purchase, they were consistent, helpful, professional and really cool. They remembered me and were prompt in communication. The experience made me feel great about my decision. I strongly recommend them.

Bob and Jim are super friendly and accommodating! They are more than happy to give great service with a smile (and delicious free cookies!) The only downside is the limited hours of operation (which they state are in compliance with the neighboring storage companies closing at the same time). I hope that they will consider expanding access to at least 7pm on weekdays and 9pm on weekends. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for long term storage!!!

Review about a storage facility? I know, hard to get too excited about that, but who doesnt dig perfect service, a spotless facility and an all around great customer experience. Ive forgotten the person running the place (Bob?) - he appears to be a manager that opens a bunch of these spots - whatever his name, he is on the ball and as nice a good as youll find. Look no further than this place for your storage needs - really solid.

I called several storage facilities as I was moving from a large home in the Bay Area to a small apartment in San Francisco. I spoke to Jim on the phone and was impressed with his customer service and eagerness to help me find the right size storage and reserved it for me until I arrived. When I arrived, Bob showed me around and I was so impressed with the security and cleanliness that I purchased a 12 month lease!

Ive had a great experience with Storage Pro. I requested a quote online, and someone called me with a quote very promptly. The building and my unit itself are immaculate. Everything feels so clean and new. Storage Pro is extremely convenient and reasonably priced given the great location. An added plus is that the guys at the desk are so friendly and welcoming. Its nice to see them and chat when I go to my unit!

I have been using this place to store stuff for the past six months. The customer service has been great. Bob and Jim are very helpful and have a great focus on customer service. The storage facility is very clean and access to my storage unit is pretty easy. Overall my experience has been great and good value for my money. So if you are looking for long term storage, I strongly recommend this place.

Their website was simple and informative, as was their in-person and phone service. This location is brand new, spotless, easy access, ample parking & good lighting. Storage unit prices are reasonable. I was in/out and items stored safe and secured in record time. They have fresh baked cookies daily and a definite bonus. Not one thing sketchy about this place. Im overall, very pleased. :)

Very nice! Nice people, nice clean units, easy access including truck/car access. Theres a good freight elevator and the hallways are fairly wide and well lit. The only mild complaint is that it can be tricky to find your unit the first time, but its pretty obvious once youve been there once. Ive never used storage before, but this place just feels nice and Ive got no complaints.

One of the best and safe storage place. The facility is clean, well-lit and secure with cameras. The staff were friendly and professional - they clearly took the ball from the online inquiry I made and contacted me immediately to discuss moving into the unit. The price of packing supplies are also reasonable. Highly recommended!

We met four different staff people, all of whom were very helpful. They showed great flexibility in accommodating our needs. In particular, Jim and Bob went out of their way to support our moving into a storage locker. The locker itself was clean and well protected.

I rented a unit a few weeks ago from Storage Pro and was blown away by the helpfulness of the team there. They reserved my spot quickly, helped me get my things into the space, and made the paperwork a breeze. The customer service here is impeccable!
