Staff is rude and unhelpful. If you are late paying,the first month you are charged $50.00 plus $20.00. No lights in units or plug one to use a light of your own. Temperature is supposedly controlled but during the summer months temp. So high all of my perfumes completely evaporated and when temp.dropped low during winter months,all of my nail polish and other things separated and are ruined.

I have a 10 X 25 unit at Airport Self Storage (since Feb 08) and I have had no problems with water or mice. They have new management and they tell me that the roofs were all repaired last year. The managers are very helpful and friendly. I would recommend to anyone.
