CANNOT RECOMMEND: My vehicle was broken into, lock shattered, and door irreparably damaged. Immediately called Drew, the property owner, regarding what happened and they shrugged at my situation. I was forced to call non-emergency to file an incident report after I discovered that another RV in the lot had my stolen items sitting beside it. After hours of waiting and back and forth with the property owner, who refused to address any of my concerns, and watching the RV with my stolen items, I saw the person staying inside exit their vehicle and drive away. When the police showed up to take my statement, a "security manager", who Id never met before, got into the middle of things and started making up excuses. It turned out that they were very aware of the person who was living in their RV on the property and had a history of stealing from other vehicles in the lot. You can see from the photo that they are trashing the property and there has been no recourse from the business. This is in no way a secure storage unit when the business allows people to live on the property and steal from others. The fence opposite to the gate is only stomach height, and easy to step over. UPDATE: Following this situation with the unit and getting the police involved, the suspect was arrested and had admitted to stealing some, only the ones in public view, of the items from my vehicle after having broken into it. Drew and the security manager spent the next two days calling my phone and leaving aggressive voicemails demanding that I aid them in their situation by identifying the person I suspected broke into my vehicle. The next time that I returned to the storage lot the security manager drove up to my spot and got out of his vehicle yelling at me. After refusing to respond he went and got Drew, who I also ignored. Following this interaction they put an eviction notice on my vehicle in storage to be moved out in less than 20 hours with extravagant lies about my behavior. THIS IS NOT SECURE STORAGE and the managers of the property are suspiciously aggressive. With the cheapest prices in the entire state of Oregon for RV storage I would be very wary of the added costs of burglary and theft, to which they have not offered any assistance.

I knew this place had a terrible layout and was poorly graded when I signed up. At least it was cheap right? What I didnt know is that they allow tweakers in to their lot so they can break into other peoples campers and steal their belongings. There is minimal security and insufficient camera coverage so the thieves were easily able to take their time and leisurely remove my batteries, propane tanks, siphon my gas, pop the lock out of the door, and steal everything if value from inside. Run from this place and go somewhere that actually screens their tenants and doesnt allow tweakermobiles on their property.

Low-cost place to store a trailer, boat or vehicle you cant store at home. Pros: owner/manager very responsive to requests, on-site RV dump station, 24-hour access, probably the least expensive space rent in the area. Cons: only secure on 3 sides, lower level is vulnerable to trespassers. Had our travel trailer broken into recently and have had to move it to another location with better security. Lower level can become impassable (even w/4WD vehicle) during the winter due to large areas of standing water, although the owners are working on this.

Love the dump station! saves me some bucks everytime i go out!!! Drew the manager Is pretty cool, and I like that they have a live on site security guy. The best part for me is all the extras they have, I can wash my rv everytime I go if I want, and its nice to know that there are security cameras recording my spot so if theres an issue we can see what happened. two thumbs up!!!!!

I was treated very well by the management and they not only have the best prices but with the free dump station made them by far the most economical in all of Salem
