I have used Springfield Secure Storage off and on for many years. Having a coffee too get in means only authorized people can get in learning the chances of damage or theft. There are 24/7 security cameras as well. Start is always friendly and eager to help. Highly recommend them for storage or moving supplies such as boxes and packing tape.

I have rented a unit at Springfield Secure Storage on two separate occasions and have experienced sincere kindness and quality customer service. The staff have always treated me like a welcome neighbor when I walk into the office or call on the phone. How refreshing to be treated as though I am a valued customer.

The staff is really friendly but the reason I gave it a One stars is because you cannot get in the gate on holidays like Memorial Day weekend & Fourth of July & Labor Day weekend Christmas & New Years Day
