The service at the facility on Vineland was excellent, informative, and super friendly. The units are really clean and the place doesnt feel creepy like other storage facilities. I dont usually think about that kind of stuff but this place actually stood out as being really nice... for public storage. FYI: Theyll tell you how to properly place the lock in the door slot, but I noticed most people didnt put them in properly at all which might make your lot easy to break into, PAY ATTENTION. Each lot is alarmed and monitored regardless.

The lady at the vineland in north hollywood has a nasty attitude, but the guys have really great customer service. I have been renting my storage area for 5 yrs, I have the smallest space there & every year they go up in cost & thats just because they can, there is nothing that they do to raise the rent every year. I pay $162 now 5 yrs ago I paid $100. Lousy place

With the huge selection of nearby storage facilities A-1 was a pleasant experience, well lit, clean and the staff was very pleasant to deal with, quite unlike other storage facilities I did not feel like "just another customer" I felt appreciated and acknowledged for my choosing A-1 for my storage needs.

I had a great experience with A-1. The gentleman at the front desk (Valentine?) was extremely helpful and courteous. The process was quick and easy and I was all processed and moved into storage before I knew it. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of storage.

This place is the best storage location in the area. The people are very professional and friendly and the storage rooms are very clean and tidy. The rates are very reasonable and I have been using them for almost a year now. I wouldnt store my stuff anywhere else.

I always had a very clean safe environment to go into. I always felt safe when I needed to enter my unit. Staff was always very helpful & willing to work with me when I needed assistance. I would use this facility again if I ever need a storage unit again.

Good standard experience. They will charge you $10 a month for mandatory renters insurance even its already provided via your Amex. Also no prorated billing for when you leave a unit.
