I am very happy with Extra Space’s Storage setup along with their monthly maintenance of pests & rodent control by pest control experts. I have rented at other facilities in the area and never had this feature. The facility is well lit along with monitored video surveillance plus the complex is clean with two restrooms maintained on a daily basis. Considering everything that Extra Space Storage has to offer I consider their pricing reasonable compared to others in the area. I was extremely impressed with Shane Trueblood’s knowledge of the facility and he gave me so many helpful tips on protecting contents in my unit. Shane’s knowledgeable professional manner along with his personable personality is the main reason I chose this location compared to numerous others in the area. I feel secure that my stuff is in safe hands. Shane is an awesome 10 plus, there needs to be more like him! The only improvement I would like to see is a manager that lives onsite, this would be added security for the complex. Thank you for having such a wonderful place to store my junk! S. Holmes

Two words: RENT HERE! The site manager, Margarita, is the best. Ive heard great things about the assistant manager, Shane, too. The location is safe, clean, and easily accessible if you want to pull up your car and load/unload. When I had a complex truck delivery situation, Margarita and Shane made sure the process was smooth and stress-free. Each unit has the latest cutting-edge technology in lock security, and I feel fabulous knowing that my important items will not be damaged by water or rodents. The rent rates are affordable, and the high quality storage site and the customer service is unbeatable. If you are debating whether or not this is the best place to use for storage, the answer is YES!!! 10 stars for Extra Space Hillsboro (:

I went here after discovering that the only 5x5 spots I could get were either upstairs or inside and I wanted somewhere I could drive up to. This fits my needs entirely Im still not sure I understand the hidden fees. I paid $106 for the first two months on a 5x5 space, including the "free" first month. This is more than other places. The security is huge overkill, and I didnt really care about insurance. All things considered, its clean, dry (so far) and convenient for me, so I give it 4 stars.

Very nice place. Ive been around the market and it seemed that most places were old and worn. This place was very clean and comfortable to move about - probably because it is brand spanking new! I appreciated the security camera feeds and staff. The map listing shows the facility being located down in Intels parking lot but its actually up off Evergreen by the Napa Auto Parts. Easy peasy access! I recommend the place!

My husband and I had called numerous places in trying to find somewhere to store our huge 34 motorhome. We worked with a gentleman named Mark. He went above and beyond in helping us. He was able to answer any and every question we had. He made me very comfortable in choosing Extra Storage as a long term storage facility to leave my 2nd Home at. This place is so great!!! Their customer service is beyond what I ever expected and theyre straight up with you. They dont try to talk up the business and treat you just like their friends. The manager Tyler was extremely helpful, and the prices are some of the best in Hillsboro. Theres a reason theyre first on Google. I would definitely recommend this place.

Over the years I have found the need to rent storage space but have never been treated as well as I was at Extra Space Storage. Brian explained all my options and answered all my questions. The facilities were VERY clean and well maintained and all this at the best rates I found for my area. Glad to see good-old customer service still alive.

Absolutely horrible service over and over again. Do not use this place. Manager and staff are completely useless and offer no help and continuously lock my deliveries in the office so i have no access to my deliveries unless they are in the office. Multiple complaints and no changes. Horrible service from Nate and Mckenzie!

Its clean, safe, secure, weatherproof, and the staff is nice. However, within 3 months of renting they upped the price by $10. I like that its month to month so getting our stuff out was a breeze. If you dont have your own lock you can buy one for $15. This place is better than self-storage, and u-haul storage.

I went to the property last week and it was very clean and maintained. The bathrooms were very well kept. I felt very secure with the gated access and security cameras.
