When we moved to Oregon 18+ years ago, we loaded our stuff out of the moving van into a 10x20. We moved our stuff out since into a house, but then rented a 10x10 later to handle the spill-over of life (fake xmas tree, boxes, etc). Overall a great experience. Pros: + fantastic customer service + clean facilities + cost-sensitive - Ive only had (1) cost increase I can recall in over 10 years. Overall it is quite cost competitive. + complementary garbage and cardboard recycling service + attentiveness to security - will respond to alarms on un-keyed access (I know :) ) + large number of drive-up, roll up and load units + wide-range of unit sizes and service types (RV storage) + Free 4 hour rental of a truck for move in. + no water issues in the years we have rented a unit. + easy no-wait entry and exit. Cons: - Number of climate controlled units is limited - not like you cant get one, but it can take a month or two for one to open up. - Entrance is a bit of a scrape issue - the moving truck 18 yrs ago ground its tail into the drive way backing in, and pulling out is hard to avoid draging your air-dam on.

I would give them 6 stars if I could. Used secure storage when we lived in hillsboro and didnt know how wonderful it was until we tried finding a place nearer Portland where me moved that is even half as nice. Had an indoor unit- nice building with good lights and flooring (not particle board like all these places by me now!), secure roll up metal door, dolly or hand truck right at the door! Managers on site always very nice and helpful, plus you get usage of a moving truck if needed - free the first time and after that it was a low cost (cant remember how much, but I remember being surprised how cheap). Door code alarms your unit as well; most secure place Ive seen. And I didnt think of it as a plus at the time, but you can choose your own door code. The place were at now wouldnt let me choose and I can never remember it. Thanks secure storage for being great for the few years we were there!

I have been with Secure Storage for about 9 months and wouldnt think about going anywhere else. The property is well maintain and very safe. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful; they have even gone as far as to waive a late fee when I had forgotten to pay on time. It is so nice to find a company that really embraces the old ways of customer care.

Secure Storage has been wonderful!!!!! I have a non profit that decorates kids Hospital rooms and Secure Storage has been so nice to donate a unit at no cost. This helps my organization out immensely. I have been with Secure Storage for 2 years and have felt safe and never have had any issues. I highly recommend Secure Storage.

Nothing better!!!! I have been a tenant for over 10 years, and Everything has been spot on PERFECT! I cant recommend their facility highly enough. I know there a waiting list and you better get on it if you need storage.
