I just wish I would be given the correct code from the main call center so I dont have to waste my gas and time driving around town unable to access the storage unit I pay for. It really upsets me. I pay a lot for a small room and half the time Im unable to get in because the code is wrong. I understand it gets changed bi-monthly but when Im given the wrong codes over and over it makes me look for another storage site so I can actually use what I pay for.
