TERRIBLE!!! I went with my girlfriend to her storage unit here. We went in at 7:45pm. Where there for 20 min. At 8:05 the women drives out to the unit in her golf cart and asks "who are you". What? Then she threatened to call the cops because we were "trespassing". She kept saying "how do I know you own this unit". Well how about that we drove our car in using the pass code and WE HAVE THE KEY! Or maybe you could check on your computer. Worst experience I have had at any business. VERY RUDE!!!

When I called the woman that answered the phone was so rude, I decided to go somewhere else. When answering a business phone, rule #1 is identify the business by name. Rule #2 is be nice to the person calling. They might want to do business with you!! Unbelievable that these people are still in business.

I have had a very good experience at this place. I think it is under new management and have found them helpful. When they rates changed my bill pay went through wrong. Instead of charging me the $25 for missed payment she moved my pay date to a later time so I came in and made up the difference.
