Not only is the manager Susan have horrible customer service. If you move yuour stuff out early, you get prorated for the month but the insurance you pay a full month. I get its only $9.00 however thus means that the next person gets extra insurance and they will get double paid. Tell me how this isnt FRAUD? I will never rent from here or any Northwest Self Storage again EVER!!!!

My name is Kimberly Reitzer and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Its very clean and the managers are so nice, they make you feel like you are old friends also they give you a courtesy call to remind you that your payment is due. I recommend this storage facility 100%!!!!
