This is the best deal going. I dont know what Jerry J. is talking about - perhaps this is old, from before, but these buildings have all been redone and most are brand new - the new owners added a whole new section. Anyway, their prices are the best around and none of the units Ive seen or am occupying leak at all. They have been very easy to work with and seem to pay attention to customer needs.
